An excellent pitch for more NLSIU graduates to consider litigation as a career. Would have been interesting to hear from him about how one goes about it, the purported subject of his talk.

Never seen a NLU in litigation. Litigation is an equaliser, u can be the best of the minds and u will stand against a rustic local guy, who will beat you hands down in procedure, while u were doing research in NLU this rustic guy was getting the file out and taking certified copies. . NLU folks might make the best of drafts but JMFC doesn't read 2 lines they handle 280 cases in a day....managing PP is a different ball game....try speaking to him in English...wait ..what were u doing when the local college guy was sitting in court everyday as nothing is taught in college... Debating on 370? Coz at MLU o do not damn understand the local language so local courts are Greek to u..honey litigation is a jungle....it makes a man or a woman out of u....let the men hunt ..u take care of cooking at home.
