I grew up in the 60s and 70’s when he was with Derek and the Dominoes and Cream….loved him then, love him now. He is one brilliant musician, song writer and performer. Fabulous videos, thanks for posting.
i was disappointed he plays the same set list over and over no innovation , no interaction with fans dude is obviously bored just out collecting checks
We’ve been fans for 57 years, saw him in London where he kicked off this tour, he’s phenomenal. I wrote him a letter because both he and I have peripheral neuropathy, I asked him to give us a nod. Described where we were sitting from his point of view. Sure enough at the beginning of the concert, 1st set he turned his head to see our side and gave us a nod, we caught it! What a gas 😂💥 Just listened through yours and he goes out on a massive high! You got the best of Eric 😂
We were there also. Wonderful show. Eric and his band are incredible. They were all business. He isn't a young man anymore but someone forgot to tell him.
Eric "SLOWHAND"Clapton will turn 80 next year. His playing at the Hollywood Bowl on the 12th october 2024 is just mindblowing. ENJOY AND PLAY IT LOUD!!!

He's still amazing even in his late 70s, I recently watched some vids of David GIlmour's new tour and it feels hes struggling to get through some of his solo'd and songs that were so iconic which is sad
He has cotton fingerless gloves on Both hands, not just on right, with supportive was inside on the palm, wrist and up the arm. Probably good dose of Ed’s to help attenuate the pain. Maybe even a couple shots of cortisol (steroids) in each hand/wrist too.

We were there and it was great! EC played and sang beautifully. May not play as fast as he used to but man he’s still got it🔥🔥

Most artists have come to realize that our ability to preserve, relive and share our concert experiences enriches us all.
Clapton is always looking like he’s dressed for the Arctic these days. Was it that cold?
He said, recently, he has to be careful playing outdoor venues when it's cold so I think he was just layered up to be safe.

It’s his peripheral neuropathy- usually worse at night - hands have to be kept warm or he is too stiff and painful to play guitar.
