Flew with Wizz Air for the first time to their new Istanbul route from both London LGW and LTN. The LGW one got delayed so we got a €800 compensation and a free Starbies, and on the return flight to LTN, both me and my dad got our own rows. Loved it!!
As a general principle they do not, however on Wizz Air none of the seats recline. I was in the seat 19F, which was the last emergency exit row which would typically recline on a normal flag carrier, as the row behind is not an exit row.
Yep.... I'm assuming it cost more as it was bought 5 hours before taking the actual flight. A normal 26kg bag on Wizz is like £70 which is still horrific!
This was a flight onboard Wizz Air UK, which is a subsidiary of the Hungarian Wizz Air. This means that the crew were based in Britain, and the aircraft was registered in Britain.
Nice trip report, thanks)

IST always seems to be delayed, which is pretty poor by Wizz Air. I'm glad you got compensated fairly! there are stories of Wizz Air not doing that :)
Delays, cancellations, lack of assistance, disorganization, refusal of refunds or compensation. This is Wizz Air.
