Their snow plow contractor didn't show up! Easy money for me!

- It was a long couple of days plowing and salting but spring is is sight and concrete is right around the corner. It's hard to believe that a large complex would have a snow plow contractor not show up but that's what happened. It worked out good and I made some good money. Enjoy
The fact that the workers at the coffee shop knew your name and you knew theirs. That proves how much of a regular you are, I love it!
I like how Ryan doesn’t swear, it’s very professional. It’s made me realize I swear like a sailor and need to cut back/stop
Same :) Ryan is definitely professional, the lack of swearing really contributes to that image
he’s very religious
@@alex3I4_ it doesn't stop lots of others.
I’m sure he swears off camera with the guys and just in daily life but he knows his kids and thousands of people are watching his videos and he’s also the owner of a company
@@_dre_718_I’m not sure about that. He’s said a couple of times that he doesn’t swear. He knows the guys do and wants to keep his channel family oriented which is why he mutes it out.
I couldn’t help but smile through out this entire video, especially when you got home and Daniel had gotten up early to shovel. What a great kid ! and when you were plowing those units and all the people you were able to help out. You’re a hard worker Ryan I can’t imagine how proud your family is of you. God bless you

I am sitting here cracking up. These people interacting w Ryan as he clears the parking lots was top tier comedy. The lady saying “some turkey dug me in” 😂
Best part!
Subscribed due to the fact that you actually cared for those people, even a small gesture like hearing them and clearing their spot could have made their day my guy! Keep up the hard work!

Agreed, I've watched 2 or 3 videos before this for the concrete work and this video is the one that sealed the deal. Some people would have ignored those residents and just kept going, the fact that he stopped, talked, and helped strangers that he will probably never ever see again convinced me to sub. I'll be bingeing all the content!
remember back when being a decent human being was kinda normal? XD @@maxxtubing
a hour of content!? YES PLEASE! also thank you for clearing the spots when they asked you, those extra 30 seconds probably made those people so relived to feel cared for. even if it was a small thing on your end, for them being heard and cared for probably made the bad situation of being stuck that morning a bit more bareable knowing people are kind and will help.
that shows ALOT of character and I love seeing those moments of humanity.
A bottle water or snack works wonders when asking someone for help.
@@coburn_karmaI’m sure Ryan didn’t care about that, getting 300 an hour plus the satisfaction of being able to help people would’ve been enough for him
He makes quadruple off these videos than he does plowing snow bro.

I would have said cash for first time then a contract.

how much is this job worth you think? Not into the business but just curious for what he got paid that job for.
@@dbzownz12345 I’m pretty sure you hear the price in the video. $1500
That receptionist at the salt store is absolutely stunning 😳
These people were so thankful, when you are trying to make ends meet and a good man like Ryan comes by to help make that possible, it's a blessing.
THANKS RYAN for the videos I am in Thailand, and they keep reminding me why I am not back in Canada. My Thai wife and friends want to visit Canada I just show them your video.
Wow Daniel is a real one, he’s a hard worker for sure I wish all these kids had this kind of ethics instilled in them but I hope Daniels hardwork pays off, GOD BLESS YOU DANIEL YOU ARE A REAL ONE MY BOY!
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having zero drive to work either. I got one life man, why would I want to waste most of it working?
Always thought we were supposed to make life easier for our children, not expect them to be stuck as workers for life.
@@erice3525 enjoy poverty
@@erice3525 buddy what are you talking about?!? What life are referring to? BEING A HARD WORKER A GOOD THING LOL
Kids in the south, the Midwest, and the Pacific Northwest are still the same kids as they always have been. The boys go outside and play in the woods, build forts, cut trees and love doing anything that involves a motor. Don’t let social media fool you.
There’s definitely more nowadays that will stay inside but it’s not like social media portrays. The real world still exists.
@@erice3525 there’s nothing wrong with not wanting to work for another man but there is something wrong with not caring about being productive at all. I know how you feel & that’s why I work for myself but don’t sit there and say it’s okay for a kid to be okay with doing nothing and being lazy.
If all you have in this life is a hard work ethic you’ll be okay.
I live in Montreal Canada and i have been doing snow removal for years. You were not wrong to push the snow back. Over here when we do snow ,contractors usually respect each other and not push onto others property. They should have known better. but days and nights are long. I stayed up 4 days in a row doing snow...i was a zombie at the end of my shift
London here haven't had any day/night cycles last that long but I was up for 36 hrs the past couple days clearing this really heavy stuff. I know what you mean by being a zombie lol.
Windsor here, we haven't had anything significant all winter.👍
@@theroadnottaken9378 yo no way I’m in Belle River right near Windsor. Yea barely any snow just cold and windy
It's amazing how many of us Canadians follow Ryan and this channel..That's awesome!
You stayed up four days straight "plowing snow"
..Yeah sure thing man, it's the plowing that kept you awake.
Bugs would be proud of you for giving the snow back lol And those were some happy appreciative people. You made their day
mikes a good guy! and so are you for always looking out for him i respect you for working as hard as you do and seeing his good work ethic !
I have no idea how I found this or watched it, but I had a good time. Thank you keep them coming.
Ryan is the hero for the apartment complex residents.
*True, but with that many residents you know there will be a handful of complainers...*
@@stevealkire7626 I doubt it with Ryan's work
Another excellent over an hour Vlog! I love the fact Bugs and Jade were there too! Thanks Ryan for doing an extra ordinary job for that apartment complex! As far as you pushing the snow mountain to the other sidewalk, I think the other contractor deserved it!
glad to see people appreciate the plow guy for once. seems like when you been doing it for ever people just take it for granted and 5 mins after its done snowing there calling and wondering where you are...lol
I live in southeast Texas, so dealing with snow is never a big concern for me here. However, I will give you mad props for your dedication and hardwork. Awesome work.
It’s so cool to see the behind the scenes.
And I always wondered what the landscapers and other concrete companies did during the winter.
This is awesome
I go for firewood over plowing, but I live in PA. But yeah anything to make some easy money.
Great video Ryan . Your work ethic is remarkable. Watching you is very motivating. You get up early do all of this work and hardly ever complain. Good Man, keep up the great work.
Seeing you making all those people happy really made the video for me and all of them showing their appreciation really topped it off.
One thing I learned from doing snow removal is never be greedy! Let your guys come in rather its super bad or not to bad at all and they will always be there for times like this when you really need them and it makes for much happier employees financially!
YOU ARE 100% RIGHT ABOUT MOVING THE SNOW OFF OF YOUR WALKS ONTO THEIRS. 👍🏻 I think you did exactly what should of been done. Not their account to shove snow onto, so you just put it right where it belongs. 😂 hopefully they learned a lesson that night.
Wow congratulations on 300,000 subscribers!! What a monument I probably subscribe to your channel around your third video! Been here from the beginning and it truly shows that hard work and dedication pays off! Still no snow in Southern New Jersey this year.
1 hour video? This is a victory style movie!
ur such a down to earth guy and im a sparky myself and i got my own starting up company and i feel u on so many levels non-stop grinding for yourself the kids and wife and still being a friendly guy i wish u all the best watched most of ur videos and u earned a solid sub extra
Meanwhile we are breaking 90s in Texas and getting ready for a other scorching summer. Stay safe man. I love to watch you everyday!
Wow this was a breath of fresh air with quality content and great customer service. Ryan, thank you for your videos and thank you for being a great human being in this chaotic society. Truly an awesome video to watch. I will hit subscribe now.

Showing the interaction with the property manager has to be one of the most useful bits on how to handle contracting. Thank you sir!
im way to nice to people

Free education is hard to come by. Only the smart ones peeped that.
It helps that the property manager was really nice and chill. He made it clear that he wanted both parties to be comfortable in the deal. Some managers aren't so friendly and that's when problems really come up.

Hi Ryan! Nice work, you made a lot of people happy. With removing snow and entertaining us, addicted easy money viewers. I’m watching this video in Bastogne, Belgium. Just visited the 506 th memorial places and woods where the Battle of the Bulge took place. The place US military took care for us. We owe a lot to the USA.
Your officially the OG of integrity, and being a man of your word and doing good clean business. I beyond admire and support.
Love the videos Ryan keep up the great work and great videos. Have a great day
I love seeing your very industrious son and daughter, oh he k all the kids. I see your wife made sure you had plenty of something to eat when you walked through the door done for the day. Good work! Lol. You are blessed my friend. Thank you for a great video, love the long content. P.S. we moved out of CA to our new home in MS!!!
As someone who lives in Southeast Texas I've seen snow 3 or 4 times in my 35 years on this planet. It's just crazy to me that people live in these conditions and it's completely normal lol. If we get just a ice storm the entire city shuts down!
Hello Ryan hope all is well watching from NC love your videos bugs is the man and Jr he's an amazing person and a good worker.
Watching from NC as well
The little old lady was adorable! Great job all around!
Man just seen this. You are way to nice of a guy. Lol I know how mad I get with people interrupting my work at the store...I couldn't imagine.
A very small thing. But at around 6 minutes 50 seconds you said three thousand five hundred, instead of the usual thirty five hundred. As someone from the UK this is much easier on the ears and doesn't require me to think. When you say thirty five hundred I have to mentally pause and convert and if I am on a slow day this can take a second or two and I miss what is said next.
So, this is a thank you from a Brit who just woke up and is on his first black coffee with a brain that is not yet firing on all cylinders. You just made my day.
I don´t usually leave a comment nor a like on a channel I´m not familiar with, but this was an exception. You did a really good job and was not rude to anyone when they asked you to clean their spot. You are a good human being! You earned yourself a sub n like! Love from Norway. We can understand the struggle with snow!
Love how bugs always got his pup with him ❤

All those beautiful homes with big lots I see during your concrete months makes me want to leave so cal and move there ….until I saw this video! I don’t know how you kept up…stresses me out lol. Appreciate you Ryan.
Bugs seems like a hard guy,but great worker and good soul!Old school rules!
Living in Buffalo NY my entire life I am so envious of the tiny amount of snow other regions like yours gets. They don’t even consider closing schools here until there is minimum 18” forecasted. We’ve had over 4’ fall three times already this season. One of the snowfalls was over 8 feet.
I live in central Texas, and if we see one snowflake, are town will close.
I was stationed at Griffiss AFB, Rome, NY and I had never seen snow like you talk about before. The lake effect snow was beyond unreal. After leaving Griffiss when we shut it down I went to Grand Forks AFB in North Dakota. We got massive amounts of snow there also, but not lake effect. Only thing that made it worse was all the below zero temps from mid to late October to March. It was brutally cold but I loved it. Now back in Virginia and we are lucky to even get snow anymore.
@@JM-jr1sb its like that here in Central Virginia now. News says its going to snow, schools close. Haha, as a kid living here it was 1 or more inches before they would think about even closing. I am sure it is all liability now though.
Just happened across your video. Thanks for the insight to your world. Great work man. Ryan Hall is the man! He gives national forecasts but when shtf he gives street by street info for people affected. He saves lives. He's connected to a bunch of storm chasers and other meteorologists and gives the best weather coverage available especially during extreme weather events.
LOL it was such a different perspective for me when you walked through the store in the beginning. I'm short so seeing the perspective of being tall was a treat haha.
hey ryan just wanna say watching your videos brighten my day whenever i have a tuff day at work or just not going through the best your videos always make me smile EASYYYYY MONEY
snow plowing guys seams kinder in Usa. Even caring to the elderly that helping hand to that aunt was kind-
I used to work in a truck yard and I used to love plowing snow with our big wheel loader. It was rare, but I really enjoyed it.. It had heat!!
1,500 us dollars and a solo of 300 us dollars an hour... That's bank and commitment. Which we all know Ryan has. Plus the hours he works on off season. This guy deserves every sub that comes to him and more. Even though he didn't start this channel or keep it going to get recommendations. He's the hardest working and nicest and honest guy I've seen on RUclips.
Side thing I don't work in any kind of industry that would make me interested in this line of work. Which shows how Ryan as a person can educate others from his experience in life and owning a company. Hope you keep it going Ryan I've personally learned a lot about concrete and running a business from just enjoying the videos 🤙
I do commercial snowplowing.… dude robbed myself.… I would’ve done $300-$500 per lot… it’s was a last limit call and an inconvenience !
They were desperate, he could've asked for 2000 tbh and it would've been good.
i recon daniels gonna be your best worker, i mean he already is! does he go out plowing with you? id have thought he would really like that
You could get in trouble for child labor
That last lady that came out was gorgeous ❤
To someone who’s never seen snow. This looks magical 😂
Dude I love your work ethic you are a major hustler you are the king of EASY MONEY!!!
I have nothing but respect for you Ryan, Your a hard work'n man.
What a sweetheart of a doggo.
You did the right thing plowing in Boston is a total different beast it’s pretty crazy .
I grew up listening to Art Bell. loved coast to coast. RIP!
I always loved plowing snow and have used big loaders, trucks and a skid steer. A skid steer with a plow is about the most maneuverable best vehicle to plow snow with in my opinion
Idea: For your skidsteer, get a spray bottle and fill it up with Windshield Wiper Fluid, the anti-freeze stuff. When you got a frozen iced up windshield, spray the fluid, should melt that ice like crazy and use the wiper to clean it up.. ;)
Man I hate when the snow looks like it's easing off then the snow comes out of nowhere. I have a shoveling business myself in Colorado Springs and my crew and I are working hard to get our first plow truck and or ATV so I could understand your frustration
Ryan Hall Y'all a real professional. Following him from Ontario, Canada.

congrats on 300k!
I remember the blizzard of 03 or 06 in pa.. my family had no idea all that snow was coming because father was trying to me Mennonite/Amish & had band all TV and radio in our house. After the snow fell, our family van was stuck in it's normal parking spot in our 150' farmhouse driveway. My mom had us 5 older kids outside from dawn to dusk shoveling with garden shovels, cardboard, scrap fender ... whatever we could find. We made it about 25 ft from getting threw, when this random plow started moving snow from the street side! To this day we have no idea who it was or why he helped, but I still remember the nice gesture from that stranger ♥

Annie looked at you like “there’s no way it’s time to take out that garbage again”
Love that sound of the 7.3
I like how you handled that emergency job. You were direct, and to the point. You named your price and stuck to it. People don’t realize, when someone wants your services “Now” that jacks up the price a little, and in the business world time is money.
Lucky it snows in your place, be grateful!!

Ryan Hall has a great RUclips channel. His explanation of weather is very understandable.
That guy got a heck of a deal at $1500. With the speed bumps, cars, and limited places to put snow that job would have been a major headache!!
Ryan hall y'all is a fantastic weather channel! Cool to see him featured.
Sheesh, doing the extra jobs then it snows again. We got it too in the Twin Cities. Great job Sir!
I want to say something. This is not what I want to watch as it's just not my thing. But I am watching it and feel I wanted to point this out.
How this man talks to others and narrates, he's what I would call a Father Figure. The kind of guy to respect, listen to, learn from and take what he says and put thought into what he tells you and how he talks to others. I seen children's toys so I am glad to think you're raising some.
Makes me want to move out that way to continue my trade. It reminds me how this small Canadian town use to be. Don't find these kinds of people or interactions anymore.
“This is going to be a pain, but $1500 bucks is $1500 bucks”. 😂
