      That’s all I wanted to know. They pay more than Western Express even thought of. And if he says he doesn’t sit on loads then I believe it. Only reason why I left Western.

    I hope this man don’t get fired because of you. You should have blurred his face and truck number. Also, shame on you for trying to down this man for doing a job. If he chose to stay with a company that pays him that rate, then that’s on him. Do you think you’re better than him? Because in the eyes of 4 wheelers, you ain’t nothing but a shitty truck driver just like him. You get the same amount of respect as he.

    1200$ gross ? With 1,000,000 miles wow go local dude what you do otr for crap pay. Swear these companies haul cheap freight and can’t pay there drivers this is what’s wrong with the industry.

    They suck, they lie and pick and choose who they want on their company. You can do all their bs bootcamp training and they'll let you go for no reason. They will make up a reason. And they don't pay all that.

  • @f.j.c4444

    Melton is a good company but for the pay it ain’t worth it. hard work that’s required on flatbed doesn’t match the pay. Main reason I left.
    Now I work for Schneider on tanker Division and make the same (slow week) or more than him. I only have nine month of experience that should say it all.. I go where the money is at.

    • @Mike-fo7jo
      @Mike-fo7jo Год назад +1

      You're doing good,at Schneider trucking, ? they keep you busy in the tanker division, can you stay out 3 to 6 weeks at a time ? is the pay decent ?

    • @f.j.c4444
      @f.j.c4444 Год назад

      @@Mike-fo7jo .
      To answer your questions
      they keep you busy in the tanker division? Yes
      can you stay out 3 to 6 weeks at a time? stay out for 4 weeks and one week at home.
      the pay decent? yes, in account I'm in I have guaranteed pay. move or not i get paid. if exceed my guaranteed pay I keep it.
      keep in mind every account is different. it all comes down to your home address what is available in your area.
      account I'm in its call jet set. meaning they fly out where they need me to for four weeks. get fly back home for week off.
      I don't get paid for the week off but at time there was a 10,000 sign up bones which they are paying throughout 12 months.
      it makes up for week I'm off. I highly recommended if you want do tanker
      training is excellent.
      once you get the experience you look for another company that pay better but requires tanker experience.
      hopes this helps.
