½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp kasuri methi
½ tsp garam masala
⅓ tsp salt
1 tsp kashmiri mirch ( optional )
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tandoori masala powder ( optional )
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
2 pinch food colour
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp oil for smear
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp crushed chilli
2 pinch black salt
1 tsp perry perry masala ( ho to daalein )
