1 kg chicken ( for brining-chicken merged in enough water+ 1 tbsp salt + 2 tbsp vinegar= keep aside for 1hour )
4-5 tbsp hung curd
1 tbdp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp cumin powder
2 pinch baking soda
2 pinch food colour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
½-1 cup fresh cream
4-5 tbsp butter

Maine apki ye recipe 2 dafa try ki hai or har dafa behtaren bani hai, but kaine isko coal ki dhoe de dono dafa or foil mai serve nhi kiya. Aik dafa sada banya aur aik dafa saffron rice k sath MashAllah bht behtareen tha. JazakAllah lubna ❤️
