    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
    Beef : 500 gram
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
    Yogurt : 1/2 cup
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Cumin : 1/2 tsp
    Coriander : 1 tsp
    Crushed red chili :1/2 tsp
    Tikka masala : 1 tbsp
    Kashmiri red chili : 1/2 tsp
    Food color : a pinch
    Now cover it and rest it for maximum 4 hour / minimum 1 hour
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁:
    Marinated beef
    Water : 1 cup
    Now cover it and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes after whistle
    Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
    𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴:
    Oil : 2 tbsp
    Butter : 1 tbsp
    Masala boti
    Cook each side for 1 and half minute
    Now for smoky flavor, Place foil paper
    Now place charcoal on it
    Drizzle few drops of oil on it
    Now cover it and smoke if just for a 2 minutes
