Highly hyped prices, artificially increased. DHA and CDA ne dono mil kar khana hai logon ko. Given the large supply of plots and low demand due to inflation and high FBR rates, prices will definitely fall after purchase towards a real market value. Better to wait in the coming years or so, when there is more clarity on the progress and horizon. Such a large project with 10k kanals, ballots in phases and batches, probably 10+ years in the development. Just take an example at the nearby societies, took Bahria Enclave like 10+ years or so to have people start moving in and making it an actually livable place, and Park View City is still not yet live able, no commercials even though 5+ years in the making. Therefore probably I would put this one around 15 years, given the price and pace of development. Cutting land and making roads is not the only thing, there needs to be proper infrastructure for living conditions and commercials.
Secondly, road access is always an issue from Jinnah Avenue to Kuri road, the kachi abadi village in between. Why they cannot do a joint venture with CDA, Park View, Bahria, DHA, to build a small underpass or overpass to circumvent the challenges of directly driving through that small village road area which is just 1-2 kms only.

Stupidly over priced... DHA is known for slow and pathetic development but from now onwards its will be known for undue pricing as well.. There's in no buyers in the market... Makes no business sense at given pricing.
Please further explain 5:00 what you mentioned. What i understand you meant if someone has bought plot on installment then over the time period they can sell with profit. Or you meant only if you enter in balloting and win you will find customers to get your slot.
Here in DHA, you can sell once the Down-payment is paid. Most of the time, the buyer pays down payment and gets the transfer afterwards.

Not for lower middle class. Realestate gradually taken over by elites. DHA overextending instead completing already ongoing sectors like valley, shop n shop etc

Prices are too much.
processing fee should be equal for each category (125,250 and 500 yards) because process work is same.
DHA management think over the processing fee for every project.
@ImtiazAhmed-qm7eq changes after launch would affect the project.

Recently, C 14 was launched with a 20k processing fee, and if DHA had charged 20k each, then it would have been negative on their part.

Rightly said, over priced. I was interested in apply but look at the instalment amount on these. People will get stuck if they dont have the money comming for instalments.

Further, payment schedule mentions that prices are exclusive of applicable DHA charges.

Satta is haram in Islam.

In CDA, you can't sell until 100% payment of said file. Hence, that's not satta.
In DHA, you will have to pay downpayment and government taxes to re-sell. Hence, this is also not 100% satta, but the lottery format is somewhat satta where thousands of applicants participate to win, but many lose their processing fee entirely.
Which plan shall be selected for 1 Kanal (1 year, 2 years or 3 years) to get maximum own ?
