What is about the owner of the land, CDA acquired this land @ RS. 376/kanal and now selling @ 4.5 caror/kanal. Affecties of kuri are in miserable condition and now crying for the compensation against their BUP. Please before projecting MARGALLA enclave, think for the 2700 genuine Kuri model village Affecties.

My 1st and foremost question from DHA management was for the affectees of Kuri Model Village.
They gave us a complete brief as to how they will compensate them, although when you say 2700 affectees, their number was 3 times less, around 1000.
These people will be compensated in land, a few with money and some with constructed properties.
Initially CDA had to compensate them but now DHA will be supporting CDA to ease out the misery and provide them developed land next to existing Kuri Village.
We will soon explain this with the plan DHA shared with us only if they allow.
The way this guy is promoting Margalla Enclave, now i am doubtful about this project.
@iftekharali6289 A realtor promoting margalla enclave might have insights to a project more than other realtors.
Or maybe this realtor might himself have benefited from such a format of sales.
I am promoting it because I work on DHAs products from DHA 1 to DHA Phase 7, from DHA Gandhara to Margalla Chapter and yes inshaAllah if you win in this ballot, then contact us for sales and if you don't then also contact us for purchases.

purchaser will pay on your behalf and will give you profit at the time of transfer.
Against downpayment, you have to surrender your original ballot result, opt for a strong agreement on 1200 ruppee stamp paper, and transfer will take place after downpayment is made and taxes are submitted.

Contact CDA for developed plots next to Kuri Village, with road network and development.
