It takes a very brave man, and a very confident man to come out and tell the truth like this. This is David versus Goliath and Peter is just one man. He needs the support of the public to get behind him and put pressure on the college of policing and Lancashire police to reveal what information.they had. There sre so many unanswered questions and another investigation really needs to be opened up but this is only going to happen with public pressure. Nicola deserves this otherwise her legacy will be forever mired with the words shambolic, lies, corruption, ineptitude, mistrust and we the public deserve a police force that we can trust.

My 21 y/o Daughter was followed along the River Wyre early this Summer by a man who threatened her.
She thankfully came across an old gentleman who asked her if she was ok as he could see she was distressed.
The man following her (white male, 30-40 years old) was on a push bike, dressed all in black wearing a black beanie (even though it was a warm day).
We reported it to the police and strangely enough they said he was already known to them from his description and behavior.
I would certainly like to know who this man in black is and why Lancashire Police know of him.
I remember clearly what Peter Faulding said about the man in black.

After the inquest, Nicola's family said that they " now wanted to be left alone!" So why make a documentary. My feeling is that a "certain" family member is worried that the public are still talking about Nicola, and are still saying that the whole case was very suspicious. Certain people are panicking that the truth WILL eventually come out! And Peter was made a scapegoat in all of this. Have we ever before seen a documentary such as this, where "grieving" family appear as actors, in a documentary made simply and solely to push the narrative surrounding the circumstances surrounding the death. This to me shouts Desperation! Excellent video Luke. 👏👏💙

      That’s my theory too.
They wanted her to decompose to cover up the fact that she was injured or knocked unconscious before going into that river.
The river there is so narrow at that point and at that time of the day there is no current whatsoever. There’s even little steps built into the bank right at the bench and rocks to stand on.
If she fell in conscious, she would have easily been able to climb out.
As for cold water shock - if she was an elderly lady I could believe that but she was a fit and active young woman with no heart problems.

Quentin had been suspended from Garstang Community Academy (so was presumably present on Allotment Lane that morning). Oscar and Toby have got previous for sorting out debts with a baseball bat. Aaron's constantly in and out of prison for assaulting and stalking women. If (hypothetically) Ansell wanted her out of the picture, what better family to turn to for assistance, conveniently living a few metres away from her daily dog walk? Never forget that 2 different witnesses heard a woman screaming.

I've visited St Michael's on several occasions and I'm telling you that the slope from the bench to the river is not steep. Indeed, the last time I was there I saw a mother sitting on the bench looking at her mobile while her toddlers played on the slope. The theory that Nicola walked to the river's edge to attach the lead to Willow, stumbled and fell into the river is illogical given the position of the lead found on day one. The lead was found half-way between the bench and river's edge. If Nicola had attempted to attach the lead to the dog on the river's edge and the dog had jumped up and knocked her backwards, then she would have either fallen into the river with the lead still in her hand or the lead would have been in the river - it was found half-way up the slope. If Nicola had attempted to attach the lead to the dog from the position of it found on day one and stumbled there would have been sufficient time for Nicola to have regained her footing before the river's edge. Anyway, what sane person would walk to the river's edge to attach a lead to a dog? The theory suggested by the Bulley family is pie in the sky.

Well done, Luke. I have the following to say:
On one of DJE Media’s videos at the time, a man who was standing near the bench told him that it wasn’t true that Willow was running between the bench and the kissing gate - Willow was actually trying to get over the stile, but this is still not between the bench and the river and doesn’t fit the statements from Lancashire Police.
The images from Peter’s search for Nicola were released a while ago - I’m sure that it wouldn’t have been Peter who released them at this stage, so who did?
From every video I’ve seen of the riverbank, on the many channels I’ve watched, it is certainly not steep.
As for Rebecca Smith - she was sitting there looking all smarmy, when Peter Faulding’s name was mentioned. How dare she!!! After what her police force did to him, I hope that one of these days, she ends up wearing her smarm on the other side of her face and swallows her words. Lancashire Police are certainly hiding something!!!
None of this sits right with me.

I also sent a letter re the 3 video`s weird suspicious video`s that were made before she went missing that I reported to Lancashire police on the 3/2 to the coroner and subsquently the day after disappeared off line . These were made on One in 2021 and three others on the 12th 20th and 22nd July 2022 . Three of these video`s follow the exact footpath which Nicola would have taken and filming round the bench ,red brick building, beaches ,but there is more to it than just these video`s . I have never had anything back from the coroner .I am not saying the person who made the video`s had anything to do with Nicola but they worried me enough to report them .

Did anyone else see Curtis Arnold’s video of Nicola’s body being dragged over bushes up the bank?
It looked like a training exercise with a dummy on a rope.
Two coppers in the water, (no forensics or divers) and two coppers stood on the bank laughing and joking.
They used a tarp to try and cover her but they failed miserably.
Sky News filmed the same thing - they were stood next to Curtis.
His video was quickly removed from TikTok.
That footage should have been shown at the inquest as questions should have been answered about how they handled her body.
It also baffles me how a psychic travelled 60 miles from Manchester for a morning stroll and just happened to find her body 🤔.

Wouldn't the dog even show her where nicola was, or wouldn't she have even seen anything herself ? if nicola was in the water? It seems very strange to me that Willow was only seen running up and down from the gate to the bench where his lead or harness was

The first thing I said about the documentary was that footage on the drive when Nikki is getting the girls and the dog in the car, I said she seemed upset or annoyed at something, they didn’t exchange any words, when your getting kids ready you engage in some kind of conversation, like, did you pick up the girls school bag, did you do this or that, what time you home, see you soon, anything, but there was nothing not even eye contact. Also, I don't trust the police, it's not the first time they cover things up or change a narrative, but Peter Faulding is a professional, he has a lot to lose like his reputation, he wouldn't risk lying, I totally believe Peter, and I hope he knows that some of us do fully support him and he does fantastic work helping families. First scream 09.18 just as her fitbit paces 273 from 09.15 (2.5 minutes walking) ceased and phone reached bench.
The bank is 45 degrees. It isn't steep.
    Second scream 09.40am.
Willow ran BETWEEN bench and THE STILE TO HIDDEN FIELD AND WAS TRYING TO CLIMB OVER IT.
    My opinion:
Nicola, if she reached field, was attacked by the 3 people seen with her. Isla Trequaur said there was a duscussion about a lead.
Penny was seen with hammer in her hand to allegedly fix fencing with 2 men.
I believe she was attacked from the upper field at 09.16am and grappled causing bruising to her upper arms fore and aft.
She was pushed into the river by persons undecided and screamed the first time as water echoes sound to near the church yard. She fell onto where there is a wall at the bottom and that is why she hit a brick wall causing contusions to her chin and mouth abd nose as blood was evident. They thought she was dead but her body didnt sink. They realised they couldn't leave her there.
Penny leaves to ring the police about a loose dog whom she has tied up. I believe Penny did this so she hoped the police would find Nicola in the river and ut would be considered an accident. Penny did not like Nicola. There were financial issues. Nicola had secured her mortgage.
The police do not arrive but Penny leaves promptly for an appt. I believe she went to get a van and to call her sister and daughter in law and to remove the cctv from the upper field or claim it was broken. I believe she may even have been disposing of evidence as she went to the dump allegedly.
Realising her body didn't sink or float away she was removed from the water pissible using the lead which caused bruising to her upper arms as they dragged her out. She is not dead but unconscious.
She was dragged over the stile causing bruising to her back and part of the stile to break. So one if not two men did this. In the process one of her boots was lost in the river.
The bruising to her back was possibly caused in dragging her through the hidden field to the other side entrance to the farm by the tow path. She was taken to the farm where she came around, screamed again near allotment lane and her head was forced into a muddy pool by someone stepling on her back and the back of her thigh. (Only 20ml water in stomach which can take 7 pints and lungs which can take 4 pints) and possibly hit with a large square object causing a broken eye socket and bridge of nose and killed.
The motive being money and property and assets.
I think this started out as a GFM for money to pay a debt. Possibly a drug debt given the connection to the drug world.
I think Nicola fought back and thus lost her life.
    Ron knows
    His wife knows
    Penny knows
    Her Grandsons know
    Anne Marie Knows
    Her spouse knows
    Paul knows
They are all members of the same family. Nicola and Paul have rented an office on the camp site. Ron claimed not to know them but in the same Sky interview where he almost said Paul in his pretence not to know him he then states angrily 'Then Paul Arrived'. As if Paul were some sort of nusiance. Rubbish. Ron also claimed he found the phone but he never mentions a tied up dog. Why would Penny tie the dog up and not take Willow and the phone with her. Clearly the dog was an issue. Clearly this is what started the argument. Clearly this is why Penny called the police at 09.30am.
Clearly this is why she never came to coroner's. Clearly tbis is why cctv is missing as grandson said it was working.
The sister suspects. The parents suspect.
Emma may know or may want to wash her hands of it as that is her body language.
And if none of this is true then Nicola is elsewhere and this has all been a bad film choreographed for money. Or Nicola is in protective custody. But somehow i think they acted upon something for a monetary motive.
Maybe Nicola was digging too much into the death of the engineer attached to Paul's company who was also found dead in the same river. She found impirtabt info the night before but didnt know how she was goung tondeal with it.
Paul makes an odd comment in the end of the documentary when he says he sees Nicola in the girls and then he says that makes it all worthwhile. He also couldnt say her name and reiterated 'my girls'. He may not have pulled the trigger but he is involved.
What exactly did he mean by seeing Nicola in her children made it all worthwhile. Thats as odd as 'its like a dream!' Mmh.
What really goes on at that Camp Site. A lady who can't stand other people's dogs off leads has now got every tracker dog in the country watching her.

Im gona be honest i have looked at Peters pictures and i dont see anything but im also not a professional in this so i cant tell. But i have to say this all of this is so shady i never trusted Paul i remember the interview he did and Willow didnt wanted to be near him she went to the host instead. Also Willow is a Springer Spaniel and she wasnt even wet and that is really strange because they are so attached to their owner. Also if i have been through a hugh trauma i would not play a role like Paul in a documentary he seems like he is some kind of star now i dont trust him at all

That's a great question - what are they getting out of doing the documentary?
Nicola was a missing person who has now been found. It was very sad but it's not like they need to re-enact it in order to find her or an attacker. It would make more sense if someone like the MCcans took part in a re- enactment but they don't.

What do the police have to gain in not investigating this properly? Why was it in their interest not to find the body when Peter identified it? Why are they reporting Willow running between the seat and the river if she was running between the seat and the gate? I have worked for a police service and in various government roles and we may not have liked it when someone pointed out our mistakes or oversights but it didn't stop us acting responsibly. Peter iniatially trusted the Police because he was use to being able to trust them, what was different here and why?

Hi Luke, You mused that NB looked angry when she marched to the car in the cctv clip. I have seen a video by Danbers Ecitsuj where you hear one of the girls coming through the gate, saying “why do you row”. This would explain why the whole clip was not released too!
See “Nicola Bulley The New ‘Old’ CCTV”. The child’s words are right at the beginning of this video.

I had heard it said about the dog going between the bench & the river at the time. RUclipsr Michelle Walks mentions it. I believe Peter faulding did find her, I don’t understand what happened with the police not finding her then. Maybe a matter of their arrogance, being reluctant to accept outside assistance, incompetence or miscommunication? It seems there are no independent sonar experts in the U.K. to interpret the images / data currently. I hope in time this all comes out.
