Front & rear tyre should be 110 & 140 section for better road grip.
Adv 250 needs a rear tyre hugger and
Most importantly a LED projector headlamp.

I own a KTM 250 Adv & also one of my friends own Suzuki vstrom 250
You're gonna pay 3 lakhs so i would say go for KTM 250
Reason - Service centre
It takes 4 days minimum for Suzuki which is long
KTM after market parts and accessories are available
Suzuki V Strom, i personally did not like the body it's normal plastic one on the other hand KTM 250 is premium.

Dominor is very powerful and good for the city it's your choice.
Yezdi I don't consider it yet, RE is a trust.
