Delight yourself in the Lord in Hebrew (wə·hiṯ·‘an·naḡ) means being pliable. Allowing God to conform you into His likeness. Not what people think what "delight" means.
Amen, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28. God’s will and gifts for us are found in God’s way and that will and gifts are good.
To be fair this not always the case that you will become successful in the typical secular sense. Most people’s lives actually become harder and are attacked more by the demons the closer they get to god. It’s being able to withstand the suffering that shows your love to god.

I really appreciate you sharing your marriage journey, Brother Ruslan. My husband and I got married earlier this year, and we are now kind of in the same situation as you were when you first got married. We remind ourselves that these are all attacks from the enemy, so we will also persevere in the Lord, and we're both very observant of Biblical financial management. Jesus prevails in our life, we have victory over the enemy, and we know we are the head and not the tail!

I think you should talk more about this though, I think the term "prosperity gospel" gets thrown around too loosely. It has it's roots deep with new age "name it and claim it" stuff that is perverted from scripture.
These are great financial and health principles, thanks for sharing. When I went to my local library recently, I saw a Dave Ramsey book, and I just walked past it. After work today, I am going back to the library and pick it up. You are not preaching a propserity gospel, you are sharing wisdom on how you were able to turn around a tough situation, I really appreciate your channel!
What I’m starting to realize the more I lean into God is that getting closer to him is so hard. I don’t mean that in the sense of speaking with Him and having a relationship with Him. I mean the intended lifestyle God has for us is so hard because of all the temptation. Especially when you live in this this broken world for many years before knowing God it is expected to be difficult because we aren’t just going to instantaneously pivot and now we are perfect Christians. It takes years and years of practice. I know I’m not anywhere close to where I should be but I’m taking it one step at a time. Praise God!

Your advice is very US centric. For a person living in another developed country with higher quality food, a job with employment protections that provides a good quality of life, good schools for their children, and access to affordable healthcare, I can see how it would come off not so well. A lot of the health and financial pitfalls you warn people against are for less common elsewhere. Now after listening to you I'm off bike 50k since I've been slacking.

It's silly that christians get up in arms if God blesses someone with finances or doesn't. God clearly blessed Job thereafter and solomon. Even david going from a shepard to king. However, that doesn't mean that God is going to help you financially because you ask. So don't be disappointed if he doesn't. Be satisfied with what God does give you. God should be involved in everything you do. Why wouldn't he? Walk and chew gum people. It's not that big of a deal.

Protestant…in debt..finds financial guru and gets out of debt…becomes friends with Christian rappers…promotes Christian rap…makes money…..gets accused of prosperity gospel…fails to ultimately define material wealth in the context of the Bible….gotta be honest this all checks out.

sounds like people are equating what you say to promises about scripture, when I think most of the time you are putting forth Proverbs from scripture. I will say in all fairness, sometimes your videos seem to promote believers having a prosperous life, which which I think comes from a tone that you are talking to immature believers who you see as failing in certain areas of godly living.(ie Christians who are not following biblical principles but expecting biblical results)
it mostly sounds that you have a heart for people who you want to see have good character, and you focus specially on the area of physical habits.
sometimes you blur the lines between preacher and content creator, and that might confuse people. all in all keep serving the Lord in what he has appointed you to do.
You have explained this abundantly clear. Over the course of time and sprinkled with hard earned experience, you’ve gained some wisdom that you want to share with others. It’s not black and white, but these are general principals that run with science and run with scripture. Certainly there will be people that don’t get the results due to extenuating circumstances. An example, most people that go to the doctor as part of their health maintenance don’t walk out with a cancer diagnosis, but some people do. So what do we do with that? Do we ignore the wider audience in favor of the smaller one? Nope not at all. Neither do we ignore the smaller groups of people with specific circumstances. God is putting it on someone’s heart to set up ministries and write books taking wider audience messages and tailoring them to the needs of the minority audiences. If you’re upset about his message, could that person be you? Are you being called to start something? Could you be channeling that passion in the wrong way? Ruslan is trying to reach a majority audience because that packs a bigger punch, the ripple effect into society is greater when you reach the majority, that does not mean the minority doesn’t count. When we have people with specific circumstances, that’s when we rely on other hearts to open up ministries that speak to those specific circumstances. Parents of special needs kids, autistic adults, spouses of alcoholics, people with specific physical health and mental health diagnoses, you name it, will most likely benefit from tighter knit communities that speak specifically to their situations and this relies on people like YOU to answer the call when God places that weight on your heart. You could be the one to take what applies to the general audiences and break it down so that truth is preserved but difficulty and suffering is still validated, ultimately needs are met. So instead of getting frustrated that specific circumstances are not talked about, why don’t you channel that passion into a ministry so that no one is overlooked! Sounds like you care about something specific. It’s not Ruslan’s job to list out all the possible scenarios and exceptions because then we’d all be complaining his videos are too long 😂 ❤
Messiah comes (RISES) in individuals (Jer 31) so everyone will only know Messiah when he is RECEIVED by them individually
for instance if Abraham were walking around today, you would laugh at him and at Isaac and Jacob because you didn't experience the Messiah and they did: NOTHING has changed: People only KNOW Messiah when he comes TO THEM:
do you know how many fathers and prophets saw the truth and were hated and destroyed at the time of their appearing? YOU would do the same thing to them today: Only those in WHOM Messiah is RISEN and he arises in us as the anointing of HASHEM, will you know the true Messiah: ANY OTHER PERSON that says they are the Messiah will be scrutinized as a liar and hated: I PROMISE YOU THIS:
why will there be false Messiahs? People will choose people on the basis of popularity like certain religious figures but these won't have anything to do with your personal ANOINTING or change or transform anything in you: They are accepted because they come in their name and become popular like movie stars, athletes, people like that;
many people who were anointed (part of Messiah) were also ignored and hated so people will not accept them based on anything but the ANOINTING within themselves and this is called equivalence of FORM: YOU and God become ONE in Messiah: That's HOW you know BOTH who are actually ONE:
Messiah has been here from the beginning, before Adam's fall: WHY don't we see him? WE are NOT Like him, hence he is NOT YET "RISEN" IN US SO WE CANT DISCERN HIM:
its the same with Moses: Jews are waiting for him and Elijah, but the minute some old crazy looking guy with a big voice told them they were Moses and Elijah, they would laugh him to scorn: Its easy loving the PEOPLE IN the BOOK, instead of the people outside the book:

There is literally no such thing as "the prosperity gospel". The purpose of the gospel is to prosper all areas of our lives. God is not poor people.
Strong disagree. "Prosperity gospel" means that if you do XYZ for God, then only good things will happen to you. Or the corollary, if bad things happen to you, you're not honoring God correctly.
Jesus guarantees our eternal prosperity, but on this side of heaven, "many are the afflictions of the righteous"
I just said strong disagree, but I actually do agree that generally living aligned with God's design will make life easier!
