Because the media that is owned, the media that is a product, the mainstream media, is going to confuse everyone and cloud your message. Mainstream media are the mouthpiece of the owning classes, and that is the biggest danger in preventing the working class from realizing what this really means for us.

The American people needs to be unionized federally using the ACA as the union health insurance package the starting wage for all the jobs should be 20 dollars and hour and go up based on the years of service the employees have the 32 hour work week can be included in the contract language along with what the corporations are allowed to do and not allowed to do because of artificial intelligence which is a tool to help the work force and not a replacement to the work force that needs to be added in the contract language there needs to be some contract language for the school age children to protect them and their education this would be a very difficult plan to pull off but I have absolute faith the democrats can pull it off because they are use to doing the impossible plus if they pull this off the American people get better lives and hope and optimum return because a brighter future is in reach of every American

America can't afford to work as little as you do, Bernie. If you spent your time working for America as much as you spend working against it, you may possibly earn your enormous salary.
You work less for the same wage. It is essentially a pay increase Bernie is suggesting for workers. This makes sense since the productivity of workers have gone up while wages have been stagnating for decades. This has happened because of corruption between capital and politicians removing bargaining power from all employees. Unions were four times as big in the 1950s and because of that people got a bigger share of their productivity. We need to get back to that so people can afford a home and a family.
Bernie is one of the few politicians in America who I actually like and respect. Very small number but he is at the top of the list.
Sadly we can’t even get living wages. So many can’t afford the basics.
