Hey man, nice benchmarking video. 1 thing to point out, your gpu is SUFFOCATING. You really need to check whats going on. Your pc is going as far as to drop 35 Watts from its limit (125 W for 1660 S) to 90 Watts at times to prevent itself from melting. Im not sure what can be the cause of this, but you will need to check your airflow or even apply an undervolt which in this state will probably boost your graphics card because there will be less thermal throttling. I've got a 3070 TI on 290 Watts + Overclock and it barely goes to 77 C (170F)
Welp or else that can be possible second hand pc parts which can being survived after using into Mining which so usually happening with GTX 1660 super cuz this GPU kinda cheap and had decent power for own price.

Thats strange. Can you make sure you did these things? - plug the HDMI to the graphics card instead of the motherboard - make sure the graphics card is plugged into the power supply properly - make sure it has the latest drivers Can you tell me the exact pc specs? Like what cpu you have and everything else including the power supply wattage as well

Intel 10th gen is a good cpu but amd cpus will be cheaper and have more cores so try to go with a amd cpu if you can and for the gpu 1650 is still a good gpu and you could always upgrade the gpu later
I have RX 570 4gb version and it handless good, using Chocapic_13 V8 shaders I can get 60 fps. The problem is my CPU (i5 7500). It can't handle normal minecraft properly and 100 mods is way too much for it. So I'm upggrading to ryzen 5 5600g. Nice to see it has no problems with games like minecraft :DDD
Don't worry, even the RTX 4090 gets around 900-1100 even with sodium mod. so its pritty normal to see 1000 fps with a 4070 without shaders. However, when you run shaders you will see a huge difference if you compare it to my GTX1660 super.
minecraft is cpu bond literally no cpu on the plannet can get most of the gpu without shader the real performance of the gpu is in shader as they stress the gpu and u can verify by using those shader and u will get more fps then him
Laptop gpus are made to be power efficient so they are generally slower than desktop gpus. And laptops only have 1 or2 fans so they are made to be slower in order for your gpu to not melt
I was initially going to use the intergrated graphics for a while and get a gpu later but i ended up getting a 1660 super as a temporary gpu after a few days of building the pc

But you wont see a huge difference in gaming since most games are more GPU intensive these days. But when it comes to price to performance i think the 5600G is better cus in amazon you can get the 5600G for 117$ while the 4600G is 113$ (idk why)

RTX 4070 is 193.6% more faster than the GTX 1660 super so when you run shaders you should see a huge fps increase compared to my 1660 super
as an example, With Project LUMA shaders i get around 90-150 fps on average but you should get around 200-300fps
minecraft is a CPU bound game, and an i5-13500 is pretty comparable to a Ryzen 5 5600

On the 5th shader just put chunks down to 8-10 that will give you 10-20 more fps and put grphics on fast thats another 10-15 (depending on chunks)
