I don't know that I would say they are "cheating" you, because you are paying for the weight of the metal, but they should be more accurate than that in their description.

I'm normally a 8.5" on my bracelets but I went up .5 just to make sure on this one. Fits perfect. A 20mm i would def go up a 1" just to make sure that's a chunky one.

I don't mind if its .5mm off honestly even if it was .5 over nobody would notice until you actually measure it.. where it matters if it's gold because of the price weight wise but even if you get it for a deal you can never complain.

Well it's hand made so I guess this is wear the sizes are inconsistent but it should b marked as 15mm not 16mm. I mean 16mm usually short 0.3 mm maybe .4 at the most... a partial refund would make this right to the point of the correct price to the size.
Like you said brother they are hand made so sizes are definitely going to vary so mine is a bit under 16mm where others cab be over 16mm I feel like it's all in the filing process.
