So great to see this! My first visit was just a year later in May 1970. I still have the pennant Dad bought me, one with images of all the major rides. I was particularly looking for the Sky Hook (1:05) and that kid-terrifying lumberjack (1:48) you didn't disappoint!
I was not born at this time but I love vintage six Six Flags Ga. The 80's was my era.

wow! six flags over georgia back in the day ..beautiful..i wish they showed the wheel burrow in action and the horror cave..
