Yeah its wild because in the Comics it was fatal attractions then Onslaught then the put Xavier in prison and thats when Bastion made is move so this is like the same exact time period but they scrambled the origin. Im almost certain Xavier is about to get so pissed at Magneto that he's gonna fix the planet and then erase Magnetos brain before becoming Onslaught next episode

Jim Lee had left for Image when this came out. Andy Kubert drew the issue where Wolverine got his adamantium ripped out.
Magneto was/is right.
magneto got his heart ripped from his body before. he kept himself alive with magnetizing the flow of his blood to be directed into the canals theyre supposed to go into lol

Scott had to stop Professor X because the Prime Sentinels hadn't been neutralized yet. Bastion would've easily defeated the other Xmen if the Earth's magnetism had been prematurely restored.
Also, Professor X told Cyclops he wanted to take over Magento's mind so he can reverse the Earths electromagnetic but Professor X didn't, he lied, he was about to mind wipe Magneto until Cyclops blast Professor X and stopped him.

but i do love how we finally see how sinister fights. he use to just throw beams but them making him fight like Blackheart from MVC and Eddie from GGX was awesome
FYI, Fatal Attractions was not drawn by Jim Lee. Jim Lee had left Marvel to form Image Comics long before that. It was drawn by Andy Kubert and Adam Kubert.

Was talking to coworker other day that I always wanted them to do this scene live action. First X-Men movie was closest and was thinking maybe see in Deadpool movie. Always remember that comic #. Classic! Best Marvel project going!
Awesome episode! Such good dialogue and battles on different fronts. I’m a fan of the throwback outfits.
As long as Storm can swim, she should be okay. If not, then maybe a NAMOR (cameo) will save her. Jean will turn into the Phoenix proven that she not her clone was the Phoenix. Wolverine will heal himself and be left with bone claws and an even more feral attitude. Forge will simply eject from the plane.

Magneto spitting facts
Why's is that one channel allowed to upload reactions upto 20 minutes sometimes entire sequences without consequences. But, if you do it more than 5 minutes your channel will get demonetized and what not. It's pissing me off so much 😡😡😡

@@DireBox9990really big channels in some cases get paid to review stuff by the studio or record label(for music). So they get demonetized but they don’t care they getting paid already. In his case though might be the way he edits it, who knows. Rules are standard though. He should reach out the reel rejects or someone and get some tips if he’s having issues.
Yeah, why not have the whole team attack the bastion and then deal with magneto. Didn’t agree with that decision.
With the time crunch, team split was necessary.

He picked the teams.. take Wolverine to fight Magneto? Um.. ok. And then stopping Prof. X when they succeeded? I mean come on. What a dck.
So I'm now worried that they will write Wolverine off the team. After he got his adamantium ripped off he left the team. The show runner said they wanted the focus off Wolverine... this is the easiest way of doing that.
the writing about the emps affecting sentinels kinda messed everything up:
-they suit up in least enhanced outfits... for what?
-sinister gets defeated by jean throwing a kareoke machine at him. he use to be invulnerable to everything but cyclops beams 🤬
-xmen look like the dumbest ppl alive losing to sentinels all this time when emps exist. (the emp wrking against sentinels throws demayos creds away). doesnt work on bastion tho even though hes the same as prime sentinels.
-forge has an emp resistant leg yet bastion doesnt have this being from the future and seeing all? lmao. how did he even reign in the future if sents can be taken out by mere emps??? laughable at best.
-more lgbt bs when rogue adresses morph...
-as soon as magnus comes down to talk to charles, at the beginning, the video marker was already at the half way point. we just heard the intro song! they jipping us out of episodes! 30mins IS NOT ENOUGH for coherent stories!
-everybody talking about magneto as if hes responsible for genosha. the man ruled exactly as he was supposed to w no evil wtf.
-jubilees powers being useless. supposed to be explosive blasts but she shooting sparklers....

-why is cables body still working after said emp? he has emp restitance yet the sentinels dnt? lmao. see how the emp just destroys every piece of logic from here on out.....
-why would bastion control the old sentinels instead of his new ones????
-if morph can clearly materialize weapons from thin air, turn into steel to block attacks, run super fast, turn gamma and punch a sentinels head clean off, why did he need to be shielded by jean? the writers are clearly confused about this character....
this episode was a mess but the presentation and music was great
1. The mansion gets destroyed including the enhance outfits hence why they only have the classic outfits available on the other base.
2. And you can see that doesn't kill sinister, invulnerability to death doesn't mean he's vulnerable to pain. Why you saying it like that like he didn't just controlled cable on the next scene.
3. They are outnumbered, and those sentinels controlled by Bastion technopatty. I guess those old sentinels work like forge's bionic prosthetics. Remember forge was working with bastion when the prototype of sentinels has been made while the prime sentinels is only made by bastion.
4. Prime sentinels works differently from normal sentinels. Prime sentinel virus function via airwaves or frequency shit while Og sentinels has their own power source and probably being made on plastic also helps resist the emp.
5. Didn't even notice. Why was that even a big deal?
6. That's just your opinion, the episode is well structured and fast paced and they don't really need 10 more minutes just chatting as there's a ticking bomb high stakes.
7. Have you even watch the episode? Charles knows magneto's pain and he doesn't have much more argument to say on magneto. They are talking to magneto as in he also killed thousands for making a world wide emp shutting down planes, hospitals, and causing earth magnetic field dying.
8. You don't really know if sinister still exist in the future. And also cable is too fixated to have a revenge against bastion. This is the only timeline where he gets a lead on how to get close to bastion/sinister.
9. Cable has techno organic virus but does not mean that he's full on cyborg. That's the reason it is our first time seeing him use his telekinesis power as he's always using that to keep the virus spread slowly on his body. He's still 90% organic.
10. Once again, old sentinels and prime sentinels are two different types of sentinels. Old sentinels maybe weaker than prime sentinels but they do not show the same weakness the new one has. And it's the only one available at his disposal.
11. Morph can't materialize weapon out of thin air. It's still part of his body. Jean didn't shield morph, she uses her telekinetic powers to have morph jump higher and levitate as morph can only copy a portion of hulk's strength. Morph can only copy physical abilities. Like he can copy wolverine but not the adamantium and the healing factor.
Most of theses questions are more like cherrypicking with your lack of understanding. I understand the episode could have spoon feed the information more on the people with lack of attention span like you.

3. they clearly say in the show all sentinels were affected by the emp. bastion can control them all now that they are all offline. poor writing.
4. old sentinels arent resistant. thats why bastion has to override and control them bcuz their power souncers were inoperable. morph clearly said he thought they were toast and he was answered that they were, bastion controlling them now.
5. dumb question considering akusan has acknowledged the destruction of the mcu due to wokeness.
