Clearing your physical space is so so important for helping clear your mental space. Also love the tip of no media / phones with meals! Loved watching this and clearing my space at the same time ❤️
I would like to leave heavy grief(I loss my father) in 2020 so I can move forward with a lighter heart and mind. I do want to take with me learning to live in the present, appreciating every moment spent with my loved ones and making those moments count. Memories are what keeps us going when there’s no longer something tangible to hold. I haven’t been as active as I used to be and extremely busy with the trio remote learning but wanted to leave a message that you’re not alone and that I completely resonate with you Jules! ❤️
I couldn’t agree more about finding your little pockets of happiness especially during this time with everything going on in the world. I’ve been taking up my own organizational projects around my apartment to help set my mind at ease. I meditate as well.
Love the morning ritual to open all the curtains. Sunshine is such a good recharge. I’m also super excited to try to implement the boundary of no phone during meals, such a great idea! 💕
I first saw you on TikTok and I love watching your video especially the one about how you show your lettuce grow and how it’s been growing. I also really love gardening wether it being house plant or growing vegetables.
I feel you! I think spending time with my cat and caring for plants. Also, drinking water first thing in the morning to start my day. There's so many boundaries you mentioned I want to do toooo.
I LOVE this. My psychology professor did a research on how much our current situations our affecting our lives. Even for the people who are usually on top of things. It’s been very difficult. Aside from all that, I love your videos and all the knowledge you put out on how to make the earth a better place!
I so appreciate your example of self care and taking time to center intentions. It seems especially important right now, so to not lose perspective and sense of self. ❤️ You are a beautiful inspiration to many.
I first noticed you from TikTok and later on found that you have a RUclips channel! Subscribed immediately without hesitation! Loved the message you’re trying to convey on living our life more mindfully! Trying to practice more mindfulness myself and you definitely inspired me to implement mindfulness in more aspect of my life! You’re awesome Jules!!
Your posts are always so relatable!! How did you know I was feeling sluggish during election week?? I agree - once I pushed myself to get up and just clean dishes and organize, I immediately felt better!!
I am so lucky that I stumbled on your tik tok a few months ago! I've loved your tik tok, RUclips, blog, and instagram (: You're such an inspiration to me, thanks for all the great tips!
Always love watching your videos! This one especially inspired me to take a self care day and focus on myself. Your boundary of setting your phone down while eating is a great tip, I never do that but now I definitely want to start!
Your voice is so soothing and watching your videos always put me in a better, relaxed mood. ☺️ this was such a great reminder to slow down and practice self-care, which I feel like everybody needs right now.
I have felt the same way lately. I was leaving items around the house and not putting anything away. But then I had the same discovery! Half the struggle is getting yourself to start but when you do, you keep going 😊 great video!
Such a refreshing and needed video to watch during this time. I couldn’t agree more with leaving behind any set timelines and shifting to accept and live in the present. Thanks for this reminder, Jules!
I love your space. I definitely think it’s human not to do the things we know are good for us. In 2020, I want to leave fear and bring in a more organized system to keep my space uncluttered and of course to stay in love. Thank you for reminding us about self care. Sending love and hugs from California (BayArea).♥️🙏
I'm a queen of self-imposed timelines as well, not wanting to let myself down I always find it hard to allow myself to let go of deadlines or 'to dos' for the day even though I can accomplish tasks the next day. The same goes for plans with friends even though it's virtually these days, some days I don't feel like sitting for hours playing games online when I feel like what I need is snuggling up with a book! Working on allowing myself to do what I want/need at that moment. Bringing along all of the creative projects I've started and made this year, more of those joyous things!
I really struggle to feel motivated to maintain my space after working at home all day. Being home all the time has resulted in more messes, more clutter, and being more overwhelmed. but when I can finally pull myself out of a funk I feel so much clearer, happier, and more focused!
Watching your videos always make me feel zen! I wanna be like you and have your cute garden and your sustainable life and your massive monstera plant! Anyways thanks for the videos!
Thank you for always making my day with your uploads! 🤍 you’ve inspired me to grow my plant collection and I do your yoga video quite consistently. I’m wishing you a wonderful day!
@@julesacree A new yoga video would be amazing I love your old one but it’s good to have options also a meditation sounds amazing I’ve been trying to get into meditation more of late so I would love to see how you meditate
I totally relate to this and feel like I’m the queen of avoiding chores. Your videos are always so inspiring though and motivate me to make positive changes in my life. 😊
I am still learning on how to take care of myself in terms as self-care. My space is very chaotic due to the fact that we have outgrown our space and can’t afford anything bigger. I declutter and clean often to feel like I can breath. Love this video!
This is exactly what I needed heading into another 3-week lockdown (here in Michigan)! I always find that when I have a tidy space, I have a clear mind. Especially in the chaos of 2020, simple things like changing over to my winter wardrobe help me feel a little more in control of my life. In 2021, I'd like to take with me the clean & healthy eating I've been focusing on 2020, and I'd like to leave behind my inconsistent, frazzled morning routine (and Donald Trump) in 2020! As always, thank you for sharing! also, ya girl wouldn't mind a lettuce grow haha :)
You've put voice to these feelings so beautifully. Self care is so important, and loving ourselves through these challenging times... I would like to leave procrastination due to perfectionism in 2020, but take all the silver linings of the year with me into 2021. There are a lot, and focusing on these with a grateful heart is where it's at for me... Thank you for you! Love
This content is so relatable - thank you for sharing and letting us in ❤️ Following along your journey has been so fun, learning ways to implement self-care, organization, plant love and more into my own life. Winning the Lettuce Grow giveaway would allow even more learning and plant love!
I love this! I have been reflecting a lot on 2020 and 2021, and am definitely using the remaining time in this year to reset, turn back toward what makes me feel good, and focusing on those little things instead of all that I didn't accomplish or that got derailed this year with the change in plans. I am going to leave self-imposed expectations in 2020, and bring with me things that make me feel good, healthy and happy into 2021!
I love this!! Yesterday I moved my plants inside and cleaned them up too! I’ve been following you for a few months now and love all of your videos! Your video on Matcha got me into drinking tea!! I can’t wait to see who wins the Lettuce grow giveaway!! ❤️🌱
