His characteristics get completly amplified and the Holy Spirit definitely works through the good, bad, happy and stinky of raising up a child the way they should go. Expecting my 3rd son in September and He continues to reveal Himself still. Take all the time you need. Super exciting moving into a new home and having a child soon. Hopefully in a few years I'll be there too. I'm getting married July 20th, me and my Fiance are saving up for a home while we're renting. It'll probably take a while since Canada is in a major housing crisis but God willing we get a home with nice land and I will have a child. God bless brother.

I’ve done one arm pull-up a couple years ago. Solid work! I would say one ingredient that can be a huge help is heavy weighted pull-ups. It looks like the negatives might be too heavy at this point
