When you take the perspective that all souls are eternal and this world is but a play, a school for Source to recognize itself and learn what it is to be love, then you see all the dramas as this in action. Truth is, nobody dies. Suffering is there for us to learn to overcome and find a better way. If we can be love despite it all ... we are well and truly on our way.
Yup. One of the things I made an effort to do for myself and still do to this day is to not watch or read any news more than once a week. As if I watch or read to much of that stuff I become over invested and don't particularly feel very good. I'm autistic and a part of that is anxiety. So every day I look for ways and means to minimise or take away any anxiety that I am having. And generally what helps me is to just be in the moment. Not dwell on the past or future, but stay in the present. I do that through taking a breath and focusing when I can on doing stuff that I love such as noodling on my guitar or doing some artwork or even a video game, movie or take a walk and stare at some clouds. I love staring at clouds. Also playing with the cat can be fun and keeps me in the moment. I think it all sort of comes down to just letting go and letting God, The Source, or the Universe take care of stuff. No sense in worrying about stuff that you can't control.
Love that. React or act. Act in love and kindness.. it’s all a choice.. choose your reality..your choices become that which your life. Another beautiful share. 💕

One of the hardest things for me is finding quiet. My house is full of noise. If I go outside, there are kids screaming and dogs barking and cars racing by. I think we are all just in so much constant noise, it is hard to center.
I think it’s good to be aware. But I find myself reading news from as neutral and factual a source as I can find to keep myself updated. And not obsessing or getting onto Internet chat arguments about it.

On the other hand, if one continues to bear with the unethical and harassing behaviour of the people who govern us, we may be participating in the manifestation of their desires/realities that we then have to put up with. I believe that omission is a disservice we often do to ourselves. I believe that thoughts can also be spoken politely. Then courtesy will, and has, to prevail 🌸
@@johnofnewI focus on what I believe, which is as valid as what you believe. Our lives are framed by realities. I am not an ostrich. I see and take action to improve my life and the lives of those around me. I have had two NDEs that taught me that our souls are eternal. Each incarnation is meant to overcome the challenges one has chosen to face, both individually and collectively. This is precisely what we are doing now. I don't think I'm being negative; I'm very hopeful that we will create a truthful and compassionate planet home 🌸
