Loved it! Maybe try to " message " the Kale before eating it! Can't wait to try the dressing. That looks really good. Love the idea with adding apples. I made mine with cranberries and it was gooood. Also cucumbers, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, macadamia nuts, and country ranch! Mmmmmm
I can’t wait to try this. I’m really trying to lose weight so I will probably omit the olive oil but I really love how the dressing is not made with oil! I’ll be making this weekend. Thanks for sharing
How much vinegar do you add to the dressing...it just says remains but there is no total amount given anywhere that I can see...just 1 tsp in the salad at the beginning.

To keep the bitterness really low, harvest your greens early in the morning, while they are still in their night shade mode. I need the blender now. :)

Olive oil is a healthy fat. I’d be more concern about sugars for weight loss. Read your labels and you’ll see it’s in almost anything.
