I would like to run some ads, but my Shopify website (merchant status) is not approved. Pinterest says "Merchant's website is not meeting the necessary requirements." But does not give anything specific and just has links to their merchant and advertising guidelines. I sell posters that I design myself. I print, pack and ship everything myself. I only have 2 appeals to get my merchant status. What should I be looking at on my website to update? It looks like I should meet all of their requirements. I have quality pictures, an about me page, shipping and refund policies. Been in business for over 20 years.

I tried setting up my first campaign after seeing this video but when i click on "Conversion" button on the create campaign page, I get a pop up saying "It looks as though we haven’t seen any Add to Basket, Checkout, Sign up or Lead events from your conversion data." And then a button with "set up conversion data" When I click that button however, nothing happens. The page just refreshes. i have setup my pinterest tag on my shopify before tryign to create a campaign. Please how can i sort this issue?

On the conversion button after 3 days. But this was when I installed the Pinterest tag on my Shopify store.
