- A few months ago, Craig Carton suggested that Justin Fields should play WR instead of QB for the Chicago Bears. Now that Fields is on the Pittsburgh Steelers, a coach suggested that he should return kicks for the Steelers. Craig revels in being right about Fields playing a position other than QB.

Fields needs a good quarterback coach that can tap into his mind with repetitive slant, short and long ball tosses quickly, decisively with confident accuracy, especially when out of the pocket.

What if fields just says no? I feel like you also kinda have to protect your back up a little too right? Like I understand football is a contact sport but you’re not carrying 6 QBs like you do WRs. don’t understand how awful the Bears OL and WR corps really were. Outside of DJ Moore, the Bears set JF up to fail. Period. I expect he will replace Russell Wilson before week 8.
