Hard to describe, but I think what I like most about your documentaries is that the questions are never asked. I hear what Kelly says and know that the question was phrased so perfectly that it sparked that passionate sparkle in her eyes. as always, fantastic video
I have been scrolling for 32 years today. I am humbled by your passion for the art. I never thought of cutting handwriting. (I have cut a few voice prints.) I now have a new area of our art to explore.
Thank you for such an inspiring video, I can very much relate to what you’ve shared. I’m now 75, and had a productive fulling life, I so enjoy my woodworking shop, building projects to give away.
I like her perspective on getting that one tool that can get you started on your way to making and building. Great story as always. I enjoyed her authenticity.
Seeing someone go from no tools and experience to being so talented is something special, Kelly inspires me to be a scroll saw girlie. Does she do adult sized feet prints? I might place an order.
I can relate on so many levels. Losing our boy absolutely transformed my relationship with working with my hands. I’m grateful for her story and for you sharing it so well.
Wow! Wasn't expecting that journey. Thank you for a beautiful story. You have a gift. Your photography, music and editing are on par with any documentary I've seen.
Beautiful story Kelly and the work you do is inspiring. I lost my sister when I was five the same way you lost Eden. I love the way you include her in your story. Justin, you’ve pulled another remarkable story and video into a masterpiece!
I can't imagine the loss you both have felt but I'm glad you were able to resonate with Kelly's story. Thank you very much for the compliment- I'm very happy that you enjoyed it!
Most of the time when the algorithm kicks in and brings something to your attention I curse a little at how the internet knows what might interest me , today was NOT one of those days. Let me first say how much your story moved me and how brave you are to have shared your loss and pain, my sincere condolences to you both . I have had a scroll saw I picked up years ago but never used and have recently that perhaps this is something that might bring me pleasure and it has been my curiosity that brought me to this video today. I have subscribed and will also follow on Instagram. I will not be a pest but may have questions now and then. Thank you for your strength in sharing this .
So happy she found woodworking..it's great therapy it has sure helped me too, and I mix it with other hobbies for a hybris result at times. Great story here I hope she continues to thrive !
Geez, my eyes keep sweating (when I was a teenager, my older brother lost a baby just after childbirth, so there's a lot of memories). Keep up the great work!
Thank you for sharing your story even though it was hard. My son lost his first child. The mother was due any day.. the bad news came that the baby had died. She was my first grandchild. We were all so broken. Her name was Alivia. Seeing her and holding her was so sad. I’m so sorry this happened to you. 😢 I scroll saw. It is so true, it’s a great way to find peace.
You are fun to just listen to. I just finished my shop that is every persons dream shop so I am looking for something small to build. I love your thoughts and pretty smile and I love your genuine smile and perspective on your family. I have a great wife with a smile as pretty as yours I will watch your videos again. If you don’t mind me asking, what type of font did you use for the baby sign? I’d really like to do something like this and I love this font. Thank you so much!

Touching and relatable journey. Beautifully captured and told, Justin. Kelly, you are amazing. Cheers to being old ladies on the miter saw one day.

It’s a great lesson and perspective! Thank you for watching!
A Very Heart Touching Episode. I never knew where the name Eden Woodcrafts came from until now. Now I will never forget.

Consider doing one of these on you - essentially an autobiography documentary. Thank you for all your amazing and inspiring work.
What a lovely video. I am also starting with scroll saw .I can relate to a lot you said. You are a amazing person.

Nothing like a Call Me Mabie video to make me realize I have so many unfelt feelings, and to suddenly feel them all at once.
Lots of feels in this video, that’s for sure. I edited it and even I can’t watch it without getting all the feelings.
Thank you for sharing your story! Making things and being creative can be an important part of all of our lives.
Thanks as always for watching, Dave! You know I appreciate you

If you don’t mind me asking, what type of font did you use for the baby sign? I’d really like to do something like this and I love this font. Thank you so much!
Oof, I am at a restaurant crying like a baby, hoping no one comes over to ask if I’m ok. 😭❤️
Dude, I know. I edited this thing and even I can’t watch it without crying. Thanks for watching, Jeremy!
