- @RiseoftheNorthstar is a French heavy metal and hardcore punk band from Paris. Formed in 2008, the band combines heavy metal, hip-hop, and hardcore punk with Japanese pop culture influences. The band currently consists of vocalist Vithia, lead guitarist Eva-B, rhythm guitarist Air One, bassist Yoru, and drummer Phantom with Vithia being the sole original member of the group.

They are from France, fans of japanese culture
French bands from Paris, I've seen them live a few times, will see them again, their show are fuking nuts, some of the heaviest pit I've done

They are basically 30 yo french weebs, which is awsome x)
They mostly sing in english, with some verses of french and sometimes some japanese. But even i have trouble understanding their english or french x)
Earlier albums were easier to understand, and filled with a lot of animes/mangas referenced in the lyrics.
You can check out bosozoku from the welcame album, which was their 1st big release.
They also got the french voice of Vegeta (dragon ball z) to do the intro of one of their EP :p (Bejita's Revenge - Demonstating my Saiyan Style)
You may have heard about the Hellfest, they are definitely making the crow move there
