X4: Star Wars Interworlds: Imperial Victory 2 vs Pirate Dreadnought Fleet

As the Empire works to secure its sectors and production and establish an alliance with CSA, preparing for war against the New Republic, reports come in of 3 pirate dreadnoughts from the Valerian Syndicate attacking Imperial traders in controlled space.
Admiral SPIRIT-117 is deployed with a small task force to engage.
The Empire doesn't negotiate with pirates.

How did you get the Admiral Ceremony? I can’t get it to start so I can unlock capital ships

how in the world do you have 40 fps in a battle, usually never gets above 20

R7 5800X is a beast cpu.
But also, this wasn't a super big battle. I've definitely seen the bigger ones with hundreds of fighters drop into the 20s.
