You might say bully boy. Referring to executives as purely bullies is not a good way to frame creating a better future
Well, bully boss is the one who pays everyone's salary so why go against him? It's not like the employees own the company. If the boss wants to over rule everything then so be it. Those who don't like it don't have to like it, they can create a company in which their employees are allowed to step over the boss. Simple
well, I don't think this should be dealt like that! This is not about my company or your company. This is all about finding a solution and if the boss is wise enough to get progressed , we will have to listen to others otherwise we will make a dictatorship environment with no opportunity to learn and grow.
