Either way this is just a fun little video and hopefully you find it moderately entertaining. I'm still reeling from the fact that ginger island isn't paid dlc. concernedape is too good to us. he could have named his price
ikr. The one game that paid dlc wouldn't of been a problem he didn't. One of the best games of our time tbh lol. Especially when you add modding to the mix.

A slight correction to tip no. 10.
The stump gives you foraging xp as well, although you only get 1 xp from it, compared to 12 xp from the trunk :)

Additional facts:
When wanting to have blue chickens, click and cancel the chicken category and wait until the name says "choose a barn for your *blue chickens"
Repeat this so you can have an all-blue chicken coop
The golden scythe gives more hay and has a wider range of clearing area
ALWAYS dig the cave soils as they have treasures which you can't get on treasure chest and geodes
(Forgot the other ones but you can ask me more and i'll try to remember)

Do you have to progress so far in Shane's story before blue chickens unlock?
@@pararescuejmper I don't know if you've found it out yet or not but in case you haven't, they are unlocked after you view Shane's 8 heart event I believe
I’m gonna be real I’ve been playing for years, and I just never thought about the early game tree efficiency thing. I also didn’t know about the painting at the spa, very cool to still learn new stuff after so long!! :D
You can also fish in the Fountain at the Park. There is junk but there is also a Garbage Can. There are some other places you can fish too that for some reason you would not think you could fish at and get stuff.
iirc the Golden Scythe actually has a wider range and gives more hay when I last read the wiki.

It actually is better, I did a test and it definitely gives more hay
The increase in range on the wiki is wrong and at best is 2 pixels wider if that
I didn't know you can donate to the community center with different quality items!
I had fruit bat cave on one of my saves and it gave me 2 silver quality apples, 2 gold quality apples and 2 regular apples. I waited until I had 3 of one quality before finally finished that bundle
On #40...
Once you donate the 4 dwarf scrolls and get the translation guide from Gunther, you can also read the gravestone in town that is unreadable - with the translation guide you can now read the dwarvish language as well as understand the dwarf.
BTW: The writing on the gravestone is the instructions about getting the Galaxy Sword.
Do you think you could make a video about when to sell certain crops plain vs turning crops into artisan products before selling? I really love the style of your videos, and found them when I got back into playing a month or so ago with some friends, and they've been super helpful with getting back into it!
If you put your horse in the ice cream place and then click on the place of purchase, you can buy ice cream what season you are in.
15. to be honest, I never use the spa, when it opens I have enough food items already to run around without issues :D
If you don't chop the whole tree it will remain like that until its fully chopped therefore you should actuallu chop down the entire tree (or just chop the rest on a different but closer date)
300 hours in the game and i didn't know;
Tip 10: Trunks dont give Experience.
Tip 25: you can stack the tables.

You can get a chicken statue as a donation reward but it doesn't cause more eggs to be produced

Your Qi Seasoning tip (which you mentioned somewhere else) saved me when it came to the legendary fish cause I’m awful at fishing (on Switch, PC is proving to be quite a bit easier).

I didn't know about placing a chicken statue in the coop. The golden synth also has a slightly larger range for cutting grass down.
The statue thing does NOT actually work, I believe she did TRY to make it sound like a joke but it was kind of hard to pick up on that!
Would have been cool if it was true. Oh well.

You should have mentioned that Gus doesn't just sell beverages at the island but recipes too.
On Number 33 with the Golden Scythe. You forgot to mention that it collects more Hay from cut grass.
That tip about using a rain totem on a stormy day: I genuinely had no idea. I’ve been getting very frustrated at the lack of stormy weather in this game, so this is a fantastic tip to get me more battery packs
I had no idea about tip #24, that you can get the end tables to flip backwards to hide the drawer!! This changes everything! :D

When I went to fish the lava eel on level 100, i started fishing from around 6pm. All i got was lots and lots of trash, until 1:40am, i caught my first lava eel.
I didn't know about the chicken statue in the coop, if it really works :). After watching your video I took the statue and brought it to the coop, now I'm waiting :)
I pretty much watched just to hear that voice.. and learned about Vista.
Now I feel slightly less bad it 😅
Skipped Ginger Island though, as I still haven't done a full play.
Tree stumps do give foraging experience but it’s very little. It’s only 1 point as opposed to the trunk which is 12

Stumps give you exactly ONE experience point. Basically the same though, so yeah just leave them for a while
Oh and to add on to the gold scythe, not only is it a sick gold color, it’s got a bit of a larger hit box and is little more likely to give you feed when cutting grass. Plus it does a little bit more damage to enemies, but still does less than the very first weapon you get
I did NOT KNOW about the community center bundle item staking of differing qualities thing. UGH!!!! That could have save me SO much time.

When I chop trees, I always chop the stump so if they're on my farm, I have space to put things, and everywhere else, they grow back in the same space, so if you don't chop the stump, no more trees will grow there.

Until number 40, there were some new things for me (I'm kind of a new player but I learn things fast (in my opinion) and know many things from other youtubers ^^)

I’m shocked you can use different quality crops on the bundles. Does this work on mobile and console as well? If so, I’ve been doing it the hard way for years.
Also, in another video you said not to use a slingshot on mobile or console. Is this still your advice? I’d like to try the explosive ammo.

so ive been playing with a mod that shows you what rock has a ladder under it, im not too sure if it changes how the ladder rocks spawn but it always seem to be within the first 8-10 rocks nearest the ladder. never heard anything like this on youtube videos so no idea if its legit but it seems like a decent bit of info to know, if the mod isnt effecting the spawns

I didn't know that you could put Blob Fish on Rarecrows from the Casino. I am not sure I really wanted to know this, but now I do.
If you use deluxe retaining soil in the greenhouse with something like strawberries or corn, does it stay permanently?
Also, can it be paired with the other two soil enhancers in the same crop?
it does not stay forever after a few days it is used up and due to the state of the crops you cant refertilize them

I'm playing the game again for the first time since the 1.5 update so half of this stuff I didn't know 😅
I have over 500 hours in Stardew logged. I didn't know 13, 16, and some of the ginger island stuff.
I have a little problem when i try to place the chicken statue it tells me you can place it only in your house
6:54 It is no normal seith. It has a larger range.
Stumps actually aren’t quite as useless as people say! With no bonuses or upgrades, it takes 10 chops to chop down a tree and 5 to break the stump, but stumps give almost as much wood per hit. The amount of wood you get is pretty complicated (based on luck, whether you’re playing multiplayer, etc), but the lowest amount you get playing single player for chopping down the tree is 12 and 5 for the stump. So the stump gives you only one less piece of wood per time/energy expended than chopping down the tree! You can randomly get more depending on luck. If you’re farming experience it’s less efficient because the tree gives you 12 experience and the stump only 1. But if you’re in one of the places with respawnable trees it pays to chop the whole thing down so it can respawn in the future!

Anyone else notice on # 21 when she's changing her name. She was using the Name/Item hack. Each time an NPC character said her name, she would receive: Prismatic Shard, Legend Fish, and Legend II fish.
Useful for getting tons of gold - especially on day 1 or 2 going to the saloon and spam talking to Gus. He'll just say the same thing over and over with your name. Can get 100's of high price items and become a millionaire on day 1 if you wanted to. lol
The coop can house Dinosaurs too 😍

when you get to 4 hearts with Linus, he gives you a wild bait recipe that does that.
