Everything beautiful is enjoyable if this happens in real life if you have a real relationship. Thank you for the tutorial. Life goes on 😊

1st. You must see diamonds side by side. No buying online. When a stone is chosen, from a multi stone showing, where do the stones that were not picked end up? Online.
2nd. Your stone must be big enough to be engraved and that’s larger than .85 ct. The next jeweler or repairman (mechanic) will swap your hand picked beauty for a lesser stone and you’ll be stuck with it.
3rd. If you choose a round shape of 2 or more CT’s, you’ll have a big table and big tables show inclusions, so you need to increase the clarity to at least vvs2. The same applies to the bigger tables on elongated stones ( radiant/cushion/ oval/ emerald cuts) that are above 1.5 ct.
4th. Ask your jeweler to show you stones that are the same size and price. The nicest one will be easily identified and the others will get sold sight unseen/online.
5th. Understand that your ring will be bumped (against the cupboard while reaching for the peanut butter) and needs to be insured. If you have a receipt for a $15,000 lab grown diamond ring and have to file a claim, the insurance company will only pay you today’s value, which was $830 in a specific example. The same $15,000 receipt for a claim on a natural diamond will give you back $15,000.
Finally, for the men out there…how special do you think Taylor Swift will feel, when Travis gives her a lab grown diamond engagement ring? Is Taylor worth it? Is your woman going to feel worth a LGD?

I'd be more than happy to receive a lab grown diamond engagement ring! Engagement ring shopping can be really stressful and most people do not have Taylor and Travis' level of income to buy a natural diamond. Some people would rather save their money and spend it wisely to invest in their future, such as buying a house. Yes, getting the right ring is important but it's just a ring. $15k is way too much for the average person to spend on one. There are far more important things in this world for people to focus on. People should avoid going into debt and just buy a ring that works for them. If the roles were reversed, would you spend $15k on a ring for your man? I'm guessing not.
And honestly, why would even think to ask men how would Taylor Swift feel about Travis Kelce buying her a lab grown diamond? 🤣Who gives a damn about the two of them anyway? You need to get your priorities straight!

Most people working in the fast food industry can’t afford a $15,000 ring.
      Remember the $1,250/mo car payment?
It takes one year, at $1,250/mo to save $15,000 for a ring.

@@sjay149 yeah not everyone is willing to save more than 1k each month for a ring when they have other bills and expenses to pay, and that's okay. no shade to them and no shade to those who are willing to save money to buy an expensive ring. everybody has different expectations and budgets to work with. I just think its wrong to propagate the false narrative that men should purchase a natural diamond because it's more special than a lab diamond. Just because that's your preference doesn't mean you should try to shame or guilt others into thinking the same way.

@@fareenasamad8860 We’re definitely talking about two different people. The people that make enough money to save $1,000/mo and the people that pretend that they can save $1,000/mo.
The sad thing of it all is that the people who pretend are being gouged by paying between 600 % and 1000 % more than a LGD actually costs. They won’t know it until they lose their LGD and file an insurance claim.
