Pichanga Chilena a delicious starter!
3 types of meat (beef, pork & sausage)
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of Garlic
1 tbsp of Onion
1 tbsp of oregano
A little olive oil
A little white vinegar
A bit of lemon
A little white wine
200 gr cheese (2 types of cheese)
1/2 cup of olives
750 gr of pickled mixed vegetables
4 hard boiled eggs in pieces
1 or 2 avocados cut into pieces
1 tomato cut into pieces
5 potatoes cut into sticks
