The problem is prophet Mohammad PBUH didn’t teach us the importance of his birthday, he didn’t teach us the good things happen if we celebrate his date of birth, what he teaches us is how can we save from hell fire by doing doing his teachings and acts from Qur’an and what if I celebrate my own birthday? Why celebrate only one man? Why not all the prophets be PBU them all be included? This is innovation and bid’ah that should be rejected

The action of Mawlid is similar to travelling around the world to deliver Islamic lectures and organising religious events, dawah stalls or even a video like the Shaykh has recorded
The sole purpose is to bring People closer to the deen and Sunnah
As long as there is no haram it's permissible, the great muhadditheen and Imams have written on Mawlid, nobody calls it farz or wajib.
Calling it farz, wajib or even haram would be misguidance
Nevertheless each action (good) performed has it's reward

Come on my dear brothers of course mawlid is permissible, the enemies wana make us confuse and create differences between brothers, our enemies are so damn clever, they knew we are strong can never defeat us in debate so they decide to break us from within with the question of celebrating the birth our Rasulullah Saw,firstly celebration of Rasulullah Saw birthday is not like we on music, having cake, and all, celebrating our beloved Prophet Muhammad Saw birthday is gathering together in masjid or homes and commemorating his birth, his legacy, his life story, his moral lesson, one might argue why only this day we remember our beloved Prophet Muhammad Saw and not other day,yes we remember him everyday,on his birthday we gather and praise him,and serve food to the needy, and strengthen silaturahim and brotherhood,we eat together,so is this still a bidah saying poems and praise for our Rasul, who love us so much, that during his deathbed his soul was supposed to be extracted most gently but he requested he want it extracted the hardest painfully so his umati will get less pain,he also demand his umati to get janah,if not for Rasulullah Saw we won’t be Muslim, only Rasulullah Saw can intercede us in judgement day,Rasulullah Saw love us so much,so is this bidah to commemorate on his birthday for the messenger who done so much for human-race and his umat and this dunia ??

There are two Eids given to us. Other thn that we dont have any other Eid. Why? Because you take religion from Quran And Sahih Hadees and not from people of some culture. These people are Ahlul Raay i.e. people of Opinion. The people of Opinion will never accept Even though if you show them Evidence from Quran and Hadith.
I live in India and I been to the Rallies of Mawlid. Those Rallies includes some influencal People Sitting on Fancy open Jeeps Cars horse carridges and other vehicles decorated. People playing Loud Qawalis which are filled with Shirkiya lyrics. Some people even dont control themselve from dancing. This is totally imitating the Hindus and Christains and other Non Muslims. The showing off on vehicles while Rallying by Muslims not done. And I have seen some people even skipp Salah of that particular time. This is not the teachings of RasulAllah ﷺ.
We cannot innovate and change deen just because we think its right. You call it Eid not some Dawah or something so it is big innovation in deen.

@@masaabeehCommemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is a routine event carried out by the majority of Muslims to remember, appreciate and glorify the birth of the Prophet. According to Sayyid al-Bakri's notes, the first pioneer of maulid activities was al-Mudzhaffar Abu Sa`id, a king in the Irbil area, Baghdad.
At that time, people from various circles carried out the commemoration of the birthday by gathering in one place. Together they read verses from the Koran, read a brief history of the life and struggles of the Prophet Muhammad, recited prayers and poems to the Prophet Muhammad and also filled with religious lectures. [al-Bakri bin Muhammad Syatho, I`anah at-Thalibin, Juz II, page: 364]
dismissing the notion of it as heretical worship
The commemoration of the Prophet's birthday as described above never occurred during the time of the Prophet or his companions. For this reason, some Muslims do not want to celebrate the Prophet's birthday, and even claim that those who celebrate the birthday are heretical. According to this group, if the Mawlid celebration is indeed one of the good deeds recommended by religion, the Salaf generation should be more sensitive, understand and also carry it out. [Ibn Taimiyah, Fatawa Kubra, Juz IV, page: 414]. For this reason, it is important to clarify the nature of the birthday celebration, the arguments that allow it and responses to those that make it an innovation.
There have been many mistakes in understanding the Prophet's hadith regarding the issue of heresy by saying that every act that was never done during the time of the Prophet was a heretical act of heresy and the perpetrator will be put in hell based on the following hadith:
وإيَّاكم ومحدثات الأمور؛ فإنَّ كلَّ محدثة بدعة وكل بدعة ضلالة
Meaning: Be careful of anything new, because every new thing is bid`ah and every bid`ah is heresy. [HR Ahmad No 17184].
Understanding this hadith can be wrong if it is not linked to other hadiths, namely:
من أحدث في أمرنا هذا ما ليس منه فهو رد
Meaning: Anyone who creates something new in our problem, which does not originate from it, will be rejected. [HR Al-Bukhori No 2697]
The ulama explained that what is meant by أمرنا in the hadith above is religious matters, not worldly matters, because creations in world matters are permitted as long as they do not conflict with the Shari'a. Meanwhile, any creation in religious matters is not permitted. [Yusuf al-Qaradawi, Bid`ah in Religion, page: 177]
Thus, the meaning of the hadith above is as follows: Whoever creates creativity by incorporating something that is not actually a religion, and then becomes a religion, then that something is something that is rejected.
It can be understood that the bid`ah which is dhalalah (heretical) and which is mardudah (which is rejected) is bid`ah diniyah. However, many people cannot differentiate between religious amaliyah and religious instruments. It's the same with people who don't understand format and content, means and goals. Due to his lack of understanding, it was said that celebrating the Prophet's birthday was deviant, reading the Koran together was deviant and so on. even though the birthday celebration is only a format, the essence is offering prayers, reading the history of the Prophet's struggle, reciting verses from the Koran, praying together and sometimes filled with religious lectures where these kinds of actions are in accordance with the guidance of the Koran andHadith. And the lafadz كل in the hadith about bid`ah above is the general lafadz that is interpreted. In the Qur'an we also find several lafadz كل which are generally found in takhsis. One example is verse 30 of Surah Al-Anbiya`:
      وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَي
meaning: And We made everything living from water. (QS al-Anbiya': 30)
The word everything in this verse cannot be interpreted to mean that all objects in this world were created from water, but it must be interpreted as saying that some objects on this earth were created from water. because there are other objects that were created not from water, but from fire, as Allah says in Surah Ar-Rahman verse 15:
      وَخَلَقَ الْجَانَّ مِنْ مَارِجٍ مِنْ نَار
Meaning: And Allah created the jinn from burning sparks.
For this reason, not all heresies are punished as heresy and the perpetrators go to hell. Heretical heresy is bid`ah diniyah, namely adopting a religion that is not a religion. The celebration of the Prophet's birthday is not a heretical and prohibited heresy because the only thing that is new is the format and instruments.
Regarding the law on birthday celebrations, As-Suyuthi in Al-Hawi lil Fatawi states the following editorial:
God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing الصَّالِحِ مِنَ الْقُرُوْنَ قَدْ اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَى مَحَاسِنَ وَضِدِّهَا، فَمَنْ تَحَرَّى فِيْ Allah's blessings َنَةً" وَقَالَ: "وَقَدْ ظَهَرَ لِيْتَخْرِيْجُهَا عَمmeaning: The original law of commemorating the birthday is a bid'ah that has never been cited by the pious Salaf who lived in the first three centuries, however, the commemoration of the birthday contains both good and its opposite, so whoever in commemoration of the birthday tries to do only good things and stay away from itthe opposite (bad things), then it is bid'ah hasanah.al-Hafizh Ibn Hajar also said: And it has become clear to me that the basis for taking the Mawlid commemoration is based on thabit (Saheeh) propositions.
Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi al-Maliki al-Hasani, said:
God bless you God willing God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing, God willing God bless him َةٌ شَرْعًا بِاَفْرِادِهَ
meaning: That in fact celebrating the birthday of the Prophet SAW is a tradition from good traditions, which contains many benefits and benefits that return to humans, because of great gifts. Therefore, it is recommended in sharia with a series of implementations. [Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi Al-Maliki, Mafahim Yajibu An-Tushahha, page: 340]
From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the celebration of the Prophet's birthday is only a new format, while the contents are worship services that have been regulated in the Al-Qur'an and hadith. For this reason, many scholars say that celebrating the Prophet's birthday is a hasanah heresy and the perpetrators will receive a reward.
The Proposition of Celebrating the Prophet's Birthday
Among the arguments for celebrating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad according to some scholars is the word of Allah:
      قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ
Meaning: Say, with the grace of Allah and His mercy (Prophet Muhammad SAW) let them welcome you with joy. (QS. Yunus: 58)
This verse recommends to Muslims to happily welcome God's grace and mercy. There are differences of opinion among scholars in interpreting الفضل and الرحمة. There are those who interpret the two lafadz using the Al-Qur'an and there are also those who give different interpretations.
Abu Shaikh narrated from Ibn Abbas RA that what is meant by الفضل is knowledge, while الرحمة is the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The famous opinion that explains the meaning of الرحمة with the Prophet SAW is because of the indication of the word of Allah SWT, namely:
      وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِلْعَالَمِينَ
Meaning: We did not send you but as a mercy to the worlds. (QS. Al-Ambiya': 107). [Abil Fadhol Syihabuddin Al-Alusy, Ruhul Ma'ani, Juz 11, page: 186]
According to Sayyid Muhammad bin Alawi Al-Maliki Al-Hasani, rejoicing in the presence of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is recommended based on the word of Allah SWT in Surah Yunus verse 58 above. [Sayyid Muhammad al-Maliki al-Hasani, Ikhraj wa Ta'liq fi Mukhtashar Sirah an-Nabawiyah, pages: 6-7]
In the book Fathul Bari written by Al-Hafidz Ibnu Hajar al-Asqolani, it is said that Abu Lahab received relief from his punishment every Monday because he was happy about the birth of the Prophet. This proves that rejoicing at the birth of the Prophet provides enormous benefits, even unbelievers can feel it. [Ibnu Hajar, Fathul Bari, Juz 11, page: 431]
Similar narrations are also written in several hadith books, including Sahih Bukhari, Sunan Baihaqi al-Kubra and Syi`bul Iman. [Maktabah Syamilah, Sahih Bukhari, Juz 7, page: 9, Sunan Baihaqi al-Kubra, Juz 7, page: 9, Syi`bul Iman, Juz 1, page: 443].

What is your definition of celebrating birthday. Cuz it’s not the stereotypical cut a cake and sing a song. Mawlid is just praying and saying the name of Allah and the rasullah SWWS. It’s nothing more than that. It’s not a way to innovate by creating a new way of worship and or creating a new word or a form of prayer. It’s just reciting the same sunnah that we are thought but making it into that day in which the rasullah was born. Bidah is the causing of innovation in which you can see right now of people blowing in the mic and saying nth and or making different sectors in which it pushes you astray from the truth of the sunnah. We Muslims when we talk about the 3 golden generation of Islam it talks about them praying and thinking of Allah 24/7. In todays society we barely finish the 5 namaz daily but go out and say you are one of the people who do bidah. The Saudi say it’s bidah but they allow Halloween and other disgusting festivals in the place they reside. Rather than going on and saying this is bidah the real problem where big and strong Muslim countries should be together and be one. Major scholars say it’s not bidah too but they are true on one thing it’s not in the sunnah of the rasullah swws. I am still a student of Islam and just 20 years old. I’m only saying this is because I believe that everyone here things when we say we celebrate the prophets birthday is as doing smth in term of the western tradition and not just praying to Allah.

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:
"Mu'awiyah, (may Allah be pleased with him,) said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] went out to a circle - meaning, of his Companions - and said: 'What are you doing?' They said: 'We have come together to pray to Allah and praise Him for guiding us to His religion, and blessing us with you.' He said: 'I ask you, by Allah, is that the only reason?' They said: 'By Allah, we have not come together for any other reason.' He said: 'I am not asking you to swear to an oath because of any suspicion; rather Jibril came to me and told me that Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, is boasting of you to the angels.'"

If you didn't know this, shaitaan was extremely sad and irritated when the Holy Prophet (saw) was born, so thats why you can see many ignorants get annoyed on the blessed birthday of the Holy Prophet (saw), and try to prevent others from celebrating. Moreover we dont cut cakes, but we fast, sing poems of praise for Prophet (saw), talk about his life in gatherings, sending abundant salawath and giving away food for the needy. Btw consider it as a rememberance day if the word Mawlid irritates you, however if you still don't won't to celebrate you don't have to it's not compulsory, but saying it as Bidath, your Eeman is at stake and might lead you to kufr. Allah knows best.

@@Vortex-kr9om stop justifying bid’ah…mawlid is still a bid’ah no matter what.
A Bid’ah is an innovation that has absolutely no roots in the Sunnah of the prophet(phub). Rasoollulah and his own companions avoided doing the bid’ah even all 4 imaam madhabs too avoided indulging in bid’ah. so what makes u think mawlid is a part of islam???
The prophet(saw) itself said “for every newly invented matter(bid’ah) is an innovation, every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Hellfire.”
Which any muslim with common sense and brain can understand prophet(saw) clearly meant every forms of bid’ah is an act of misguidance which leads the person to jahanam.
Now is it permissible in islam to celebrate the birthday of prophet(saw) on the 12th of rabbiul aww’al ?
      1. Firstly We all know and agree that the prophet(pbuh) died on the 12th rabbiul awwal yes right? and there is no doubt about that.
even scholars of islam say so but however many historians & scholars differ whether the prophet was born in the 12th of rabbiul awal or in the 9th 10th or whats so ever but however still many scholars consider 9th as the most authentic opinion.
so the answer is by celebrating his mawlid every single year on the 12th of rabbiul awal you actually are celebrating his death and not his birth.
      2. The prophet never celebrated his own birthday nor the birthday of ibrahim(as) or any other prophets neither did the companions who loved him the most and were the most knowledgeable people at his time and after his time nor did the tabe’een nor did the anyone from his family celebrated as per records
and the prophet(saw) said that “so best of generations is my generation” which of his companions and that which follows the taba’een so if these favorite generations which are the best of the best never celebrated his birthday do you have the love they had to him do you have the knowledge they had? or any basis to do something which they did not do
Being part of an innovation is from shaytan. Now what happens during birthdays/mawlid is something to not to be proud of which includes free mixing, the singing, the innovation and the shirk, there is a blant shirk in it, especially when usthads sings these poems such as al burdah.
