I’ve been running Stone Glacier for quite a few years now and it does the job but I’ll be jumping ship this year. There are some things I would change on the SG packs. It looks like Initial Ascent left nothing overlooked on designing this pack now I must have one!
Both are really great packs and we sell a lot of both. As well as both Trail and Brady have used both packs for awhile. But yes, the Initial Ascent pack is loaded with great features that all hunters will appreciate. You will love their packs!
Good stuff. I may just be of poor eyesight but, it's a tad difficult to see the fit with a black t-shirt with black background. Brady's torso just melts into the wall. Great checklist for adjusting the pack though!

Looks like a great pack. I decided to go with EXO Mountain K4 3600. Absolutely love it!
Could maybe put those load lifter triglides thru from the back and have the ladder lock come over the top of the frame, for a little more height.
Love the IA pack, going on year #5 and is still bomb proof!

Man but having to pay an extra $60 for the meat pannier after paying almost $800 for a pack… when SG and exo have it built in.
