okay boys go to settings far left it says extensions, click on that, Top right it says developer mode click it, drag and drop the file in side. and it should work.

I cant install my themes anymore. like the theme automatically just downloads like any regular file. it used to work but not anymore

This is the best theme creator ever for chrome, i have tried many but this so far is the best, you can adjust the zoom of the wallpaper which i couldn't do in any other similar apps!!
2018 uploaded in 2015 and it's still useful, i just made my own and will proceed to make more of them.

You need to pull up your downloaded files on Chrome to see the new theme (Ctrl + J). I had the same problem as you. :D

the website itself is safe, but not anything that comes out of it
