bascially my story. After I drank a little too much at some point I had cut out alcohol completely for a year. Now I am occasionally enjoying a glass of wine or some beer with friends but I don't get black out wasted and honestly - not having a hangover and being able to enjoy the sunday after a night out is pretty cool. Plus nowadays when I drink just a little bit too much (like more than 2 glasses) I get so anxious and depressed the next day. And that's not worth it for me. Glad to hear someone talking so honestly about binge drinking and stuff!
I agree! Whenever I get a craving to drink I always remind myself how shitty hangovers are 😂 I get really anxious the next day after I drink a little too. It’s the worst! I’m glad you liked the video 😽❤️
I blacked out sometimes multiple times a week, 5 days free of alcohol and cigarettes. I will crack it this time! Have blacked out, I don't know how many times...
Hello from fellow Cougar. Glad you figured out in the drinking earlier than I did. When I was in Pullman in early 90’s it was nuts! I jumped off the rock once into the snake river in winter time. Alcohol was involved.
Alcohol is the most common drug, it’s not only socially acceptable but in my opinion, it’s even socially encouraged to drink. I used to drink so much when I was younger, because my friends and people around me were doing it too. But since I have seen what that does to my loved one’s and myself, I have decided to stop binge drinking as well! It has also helped my skin clear up! ☺️
Thank you for sharing, your honesty is greatly appreciated. This video hit home so hard because I went to WSU and know how it can be. I noticed sometimes it can be hard to lose your party friends.
I've been binging on weekends on and off basically since around 18. I'm 31 now. its hard as hell. I'm so reserved around people. I don't approach anybody. because I get Anxiety around a lot of people. so I drink on weekends to loosen up and be free. lately. its gotten worse. parts of my nights, I don't remember. I probably have at least 2 to 4 double vodkas or whiskeys in about 2 or less hours. and of course the rest of the night until last call. I was way more chill before. now I get a little more reckless. next thing you know. no one will wanna be around when I'm smashed. it's not a good look
Thanks for the video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Saankramer Life Card System (do a google search)? It is a good one off product for learning how to stop drinking minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend Sam at last got great results with it.
For anybody who is not fearful of trying something different, probably one of the solutions talked about in Steffon Barkload's homepagw will make you break the addiction in approximately one hour or maybe even less.
Although I am drinking a bloody mary while watching this, I appreciate you sharing your story haha I too have cut out alcohol for the most part as well.

Isn’t it amazing??? 🤤 It turned out way better than I expected! I just found pictures I liked on Pinterest(I searched for psychedelic if you are looking for pics like that) and either saved them or screenshotted them. I printed them as 4x4s at Walmart and I put them equidistant on a pieces of large, thick poster paper. I used double sided tape for that part and just tacked it on the wall!

First of all. The wall is everything.
I’M OBSESSED! I made the grid the day before I filmed this and once I finished I was like “oh yup, that’s gonna be my new filming wall”
