Cooking with offal is important as it is honoring the animal that gave its life to us... The recipe is very basic but there is nothing wrong with that, quite why the music is added I do not know, it certainly does not add to the video in any way shape, or form, but, at least it isn't the stupid nicknack childish drivel a lot of videos are using...Thank goodness for the mute button.
