  • Super-resolution microscopy is an emerging microscopy technique that can beat the diffraction-limit and achieve imaging with nanometeric resolution. This can make a significant difference in imaging of smallest details of cell and its structures. Building on the previous parts on Basics of Microscopy Dr Khare discusses super-resolution microscopy techniques: such SIM, STED and STORM in very basic terms.

    how long does it takes for a single sample or a specimen... say a sample as big as that we use for Zeiss con-focal microscope

      do you mean to image it or to prep it? to image it just takes normal time req for setting stage as you want at an angle that you need. for prep including coating and AG coat it takes say 15 mini max .
