I, like many others, got introduced to KG very early on through Hrithik's transformation for Krrish. I remember doing DTP and looking back i think I wasn't eating well enough (or at least, not getting enough protein) for a program of that intensity but I really liked the results i got and i really enjoyed the workouts!! (I cringe at my audacity now but i remember sending him my "after-" photo and I was over the moon when he acknowledged and complemented my results 😁 I then went on to follow Ben Pakulski's techniques for improving the mind-muscle connection and moving the weights with more "intention", and rep tempos and so on. I guess it used to take me to a meditative head space which then led me to follow yoga (I guess bodybuilding was what i relied on for keeping my morale high and feeling validated in my teenage years, a phase which fortunately/unfortunately came to an end when i became an adult). This is the story of why i admire KG, because he helped me live through my teenage years sanely 🙂
