+1 to all the above comments. I have been using the UPBv2 and Motor Focus Kit for two years now and both have been flawless. The couple of times I’ve had questions they have responded rapidly, even over a weekend. Bravo, Pegasus Astro!

I invested in a Pocket Powerbox Advance Gen2 last year. Best money spend by far. My entire setup is now almost plug and play.
I use pegasus astro hardware. Really awesome company and products.
Evans did the same for me about year ago when I had issues with my PPBADV.
Hey Shawn. I had a similar experience as well last year with my Pocket Power Box. I emailed them 1 pm (my time) and by 2 pm Evans was logged into my computer trying to fix it. Turned I had to send it back to them but they right away sent my a shipping label so it was on its way to Greece by 4 pm. I have been very impressed with their service over the years and that is a sign of a good company - what you do when there is an issue. I have two PPBs and am ordering a third since they work so well. Cheers Kurt

Pegasus is great, I have many of their focus motors, rotator, and power.

The products themselves are of good quality; however I have a problem if I use the original software for the powerbox together with the focus cube I have problems with PHD2 the program or the guide camera freezes if I use both in SGP or NINA when I disconnect and close the software for the power box PHD2 works again but everything goes together apparently not and with the Utinty suite it does not work at all; now that it can of course handle the Touptek guide camera I will experience because my new ZWO asi 120 mini is on its way so wait and see if the problem is solved by then.
I would suggest you to uninstall and re-install everything regarding your astrophotography software. I personally use the Focuscube V2 together with the Powerbox Advance (Gen1) and never had any problems simlars with what you wrote.

In the meantime, my ZWO 120 Mini has been delivered and I have done a few tests so far promising both with the old powerbox software and with the Unity platform no barrel wrecker from PHD2 and the guide camera only a test with the focus cube still has to be done because it is on another telescope; on my Williams Zenit 61 is the ZWO EAF that is now in use
