I put them in my homemade chicken pot pie with mixed vegetables. I like a lot of vegetables also. Midge was funny sitting there watching the birds. 😺thst room is so nice! Love your decorations.

You can use the red lobster mix and dbl the mix and use less liquid in the mix to be able to do dollop lol...add shredded cheese to it also then add to top I've done pot pie with them...like I said just use less liquid til they are the consistency to dollop its delicious Nancy

Every month my hubby and I make a meal for one of his meetings. Next month we are making chicken Potpie which is similar to your recipe but we use refrigerator biscuits for the topping. I think it's actually called a bubble up chicken casserole. Your dish looks delish. I always use a bag of frozen veggies and add some cubed frozen potatoes. The biscuits I use give you plenty of crust... I always use the Cream of Onion soup mix.... So much more flavor than the rest...
Quick easy recipe I’m randomly sharing that I think Craig and your family would enjoy 😊 ⭐️Crockpot Chicken and noodles: -1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts -1 carton chicken broth -2 cans or 1 family size can cream of chicken soup -1 stick of butter -Pepper to taste Set of low 4-6 hours Shred chicken Add half a bag of Amish egg noodles or any egg noodles, stir and cook an additional 30 minutes or so ❤
I think the biscuit would come out better if it was the top layer. Pouring all of that liquid on top at the end is what’s making the biscuit mix soupy.

Craig might like battered coconut fried shrimp. It’s a little sweet and doesn’t have much of a “seafood taste” to it. It might be a good place to start if he doesn’t like that fishy taste of typical seafood.

The coconut shrimp is sweet so that might be the best bet 😋 try cocktail sauce the sauce it comes with is a bit sweet Craig might be a fan of it or just eat plain 😋
Less liquid maybe? Use 1 or 1 1/2 cups of milk instead of 2? Also you could put the stock mixture in before the biscuits. I would have added more chicken and lots more spices including pepper and paprika but that is my personal taste. It does look good.

You might want to check out dump meals and dump cakes. You dump all ingredients into 1 casserole dish. I'm fond of the dump cakes, they're great to take to parties, picnics, etc. The recipe Craig made is a version of, just to many steps and dishes. The ones I like is just dumping ingredients, no stirring, measuring, no extra steps
You can really see that Craig has improved so much on the cooking skills. The final product looked really good !! ❤

Cobbler looked delicious. I too would add peas, but I’d add the chicken broth before the biscuit mix. That way, you’d probably get a better crust.

Use pie crust for your chicken pie works great. Ready made pie crust works great. You can have a bottom and top crust if you like.
We have done that and it is very good 😊.
