INGREDIENTS:
SUGAR - 1 CUP
CURD - 1 CUP (substitute 4 eggs)
BAKING POWDER - 1 & 1/4 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/2 TSP
FLOUR - 1.5 CUP
DRY FRUITS - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/2 CUP
PINEAPPLE ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
ORANGE ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
SALT - 1/2 TSP
YELLOW FOOD COLOR
9 INCH MOULD
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
★ if you are using eggs then beat eggs with sugar when it’s becomes creamy & foamy mixture then add oil. now add all dry ingredients. lastly add dry fruits, food color & essences★
