What impresses me is the fact that the elephant knows what clothing is. Or, at least knows the object he took is removeable and isn’t physically attached to the human’s head. Elephants don’t wear anything other than what is attached to their bodies so it fascinates me that they would know attempting to remove the hat would not only be painless, but provide a humorous reaction from the human. Absolutely beautiful and intelligent creatures.

Once my cat was standing on one of the chairs while I was speaking to her. I then decided to sit at my desk and she sprinted over there to stand on the chair I would sit on. The way she acted was like hahah gotcha! I think this was the only time when I felt like she make a joke. She moved out of the chair too so that I could sit.
Considering how they’re slaughtered and have been used as slaves and entertainment in horrible conditions until humans decided to protect them now I’d say if your God exist he’s as careless and cruel to them as he is with all his other creations and after reading the Bible his “blessings” aren’t even something I’d wish on my worst enemies. There’s a reason why those who know the religion the most are refer to the faithful as “god fearing” and say that pain and suffering is what brings us closer to the lord.
I really don’t understand people like you though. How can you look at nature, at all the disease, thirst and hunger that is often only satisfied for many creatures by killing and eating others, many pray animals being gentle herbivores and come away thinking that if it were designed this way that the creator wasn’t an almost complete psychopath? The only time I ever really see something beautiful and kind is almost always when humans have intervened in the system somehow by feeding and raising the animals to be different. Not only is nature inherently cruel but if you’re correct then your god is also witnessing 100% of this pain and suffering, with the ability to relieve it at any time he wishes and yet doesn’t. Won’t even take away the pain of animals being ripped apart and literally eaten alive. A god that can sit there and watch while a female duck is gang raped to death, but not before one of the males rips out one of its eyes because it’s angry it hasn’t gotten a turn yet, or any of the disgusting real events that have happened to unfortunate, undeserving animals that deserve to live peaceful and happy in a land of plenty. This is who you ask blessings from and worship? It’s so gross, outright evil in my opinion.

Incredible animals! Elephants were my grandmother's favorite animal! She adored them. We brought her to a fair that had an elephant and was giving rides at 85 or so years of age we helped her get on top and she went for a ride. She had this grin that I'll never forget. My grandmother never asked for much of anything but she gave all of herself to all of us.

Incredible animals! Elephants were my grandmother's favorite animal! She adored them. We brought her to a fair that had an elephant and was giving rides at 85 or so years of age we helped her get on top and she went for a ride. She had this grin that I'll never forget. My grandmother never asked for much of anything but she gave all of herself to all of us.
