I get that Mr. Gondwe was trying address the controversial issues by asking the hard hitting questions, but in doing so, I feel he could have still kept the interview civil and respectable. When an interviewee insists on not answering certain, you quickly proceed to the next question or try to rephrase them. I also felt the interview lacked a core theme and kept hoping between controversy, personal life and somewhat of a biography.

I don’t know if it’s because I started with the comments before watching....probably built my defense so high but I somewhat like it. I think Kennedy had an agenda, I reckon since he is interviewing a feminist, he had to also go in hard with the misogyny. I really think Kennedys manner of questioning needs to change. There is a more professional way in which he can ask his questions and still get the desired answers... This is the second interview I have watched and I don't understand him...

Ken you are such a lousy interviewer, firstly do you understand the word “ interview” it means it is interactive , not one sided , Mutale had the right to ask you questions too . You interview was shallow and you kept probing irrelevant points like why she divorced! Are you a trained journalist ? You are very sexist! You had no respect for her as a woman . Getting married is personal choice , why were you harping on marriage . Mutale owes no one an apology if she w goes to the beach in a bikini that is news? Mutale aim higher don’t let shallow people like Jen bring you down
Mutale was more mature in this conversation than Kennedy. This is stupid for a man to ask such stupid uncomfortable questions like this.
Yes, the questions are offensive but all she has to do is answer them conclusively and Ken would not have the opportunity to go back to them with follow up questions. she should watch Hard talk more often.

Why didn’t he ask the major who has five children from five different women if he is a prostitute? That is her point, why should she be forced to answer such blatantly insulting questions especially after she has already addressed them.

Ackim Mtamira I find it curious that you assume I have not understood the interview simply because I have an opposing opinion to yours 🤔 you still haven’t responded to my question, who would be assumed to be more promiscuous, someone with one child or someone with five children from five different people. When you digest that then you will see why this interview was so disturbing.

Ken has told mutale that his questions are based on what some people out there are saying about her, so he is bringing these issues to the fore so that she can address those people who are calling her a prostitute. And if you watched the miles interview he asked questions that related to what most people thought of the mayor i.e he is mad, delusional etc.

This interview was fiery!! My two cents, come back to South Africa LoL, why should people troll you over a bikini. Zambia is very conservative (culturally backwards in my opinion) that's a huge reason I left. We fight over dumb shit and pray instead of building wealth and fostering an environment where people are free to express themselves. I always tell my parents I'm happy to visit but I can't stay. Finally, women don't need to be married to be successful or happy, if you're not happy with yourself there is no one on earth who will make you happy.
It would have been better if the interviewer was a female counterpart, the man was really attacking😂😂

In South Africa that's where you lost culture and customs as pure Zambian. Mutale we see today is affiliating to Kaya and very eurocentric behavior.
