I struggled with addiction for over 50 years, I am not kidding but once I went to Jesus and surrendered everything to Him , I started my road to recovery. It was May 6th 2018 and my life has gotten so good. Put GOD first everyday, by listening to this channel, read your Bible, listen to some worship music ( got to be careful though, lots of artists AREN'T what they appear) . I listen to Shane and Shane and City alight. God Bless you .

I agree with this message fully; however, Ive also been told u cannot just pray, sit back & expect everything to change magically. Ive been told you have to do everything you possibly can in your own strength, relying on God to show you what to do - but when you hit that wall & can do no more on your own & need supernatural Divine Intervention - THEN you surrender it & let go and let God. But it's hard to know where that line is of "Ive done all I can" and "this battle NOW belongs to The Lord." It always seems like there are 20 more things i so do i do them - or just collapse in a puddle of total exhaustion & cry out to God to do MORE THAN those 20 additional things? Im despondently weary & exhausted. Ive told God 20 times He gave me too much, I can carry this cross alone no more and Im at my end. Because it's absolutely true. I need a major move of God right now. Because my battle is on fire and Im surrounded by the flames. Where is my Jehovah Tsedkenu?
He hears your every cry. You may feel alone but you are not. He is with you always ❤️ His timing is perfect. Sing His praise even from the deepest despair. The devil wants you to feel abandoned. You are not. God is growing something valuable in you. Walking through the fire is so hard but God does nothing in vain. You belong to HIM. Blessings ❤️

He's more than capable. But in 25 years of waiting, never actually affected any care for me. It hurts knowing He can, but chooses not to. This isn't a 6 month wait, but more than two decades since i turned to God. Not one positive experience for me.
Did you bring this frustration to him in prayer? I have been waiting years myself but after prayer and reflection, I am given a revelation of some of the purposes why this suffering and waiting period exists. He may not give you the reason(he might) but he might give you his peace or something better
Maybe you have to let go of control and trust him. My roadblock also. Surrender.

Its not what can God do for me but what can I do for him while I wait. Gods glory is poured out and revealed to us each blessed day. grab ahold of the new day and embrace in his wings with Graditude and a heart ready for service. I speak to myself in this, I too am in the middle of a storm but I'm ok. even in the bad days there is peace. he will be praised for his kindness and Mercy for Me and for You.

I've tried acting, tried doing nothing but waiting and praying. Most people I've seen with my experience walk away. I've wondered if He doesn't act because I haven't been willing to quit. If that was my mistake.
