Ensemble Charité is an organization Michelle DeYoung imagined, and with the help of Yumi Hwang-Williams was created. Ensemble Charité is a 501c3 non-profit organization with both charitable and musical ambitions. The ensemble presents world-class concerts in Colorado with professional players from the Colorado Symphony and beyond. Ensemble Charité fundraises to cover the cost of the musicians, venues, and other expenses and donates all of the ticket proceeds to local charities.
Ensemble Charité performed Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde on September 20th, 2022 at The Broomfield Auditorium. Kris Nickeson of Microtone Studios produced, recorded, mixed and mastered the live performance, with assistance from Mathew Kitchen.
