Denzel had just finished feature film "Norman is that you?" We recorded his voice for the Malcolm X Voice over in Chickens, and He was Malcom X! We were all amazed at how much he sounded exactly like Malcolm. The audience Sighed and Gasped when he entered the Stage. What an incredible talent ,and inspiration to us all!
Good to see you Woody King. It's been a long time, since our ride together with Ron Milner, and August Wilson, to see his play, Two Trains Running, during the Black Thearre Festival in Winston Salem. Great to see Denzel Washington, one of my favorites! I'm still working on my craft! God bless and Success! Norina David
vstokes1985 Honey he just a famed person, promoted by the industry for people to swoon over. I will admit, he is a talented actor, but good looking......no baby, no way. he is the present day black Hollywood chose for this role just as they did with Billy Dee Williams, years ago.....and yes people fell for that too.
jollysincere Not sure, exactly, the point you're trying to make, Jolly, but if I understand you correctly, you're a strange bird. Denzel is charismatic and talented, one of the best making movies today (and for the past decade or more), and certainly an attractive dude. He's a bonafide star, not "chosen by Hollywood" for anything, as though "they" sit in a room somewhere and decide who to push so the unwashed masses can have someone to swoon over. Or, as you put it, "to fall for". That's a pretty lame thing to say, IMO.
jollysincere Ah, "The Truth"... I see. People who try to wax eloquent about "the truth" need to be taken with a grain of salt. Thanks for the warning. When did this discussion turn into a debate over whether Denzel is "drop dead gorgeous"? And what does that have to do with whether this mysterious "Hollywood Cabal" you envision working their tricks decides to "promote" someone or not? Masses following decrees? WTF are you talking about? The man is a talented actor, turning out some great (and some not so great) performances at this stage in his life. He ain't as young as he used to be, but he's still easy on the eyes, and he can act his ass off. He's a legit A List star, and a compelling personality. Deal with it.
I have enjoyed seeing Malcolm X THE HURRICANE DEVIL IN A BLUE DRESS PHILADELPHIA TRAINING DAY FLIGHT AND SO MANY OTHERS. I LOVE TO WATCH ALL HIS MOVIES BECAUSE ALL HIS CHARACTERS ARE SO DIFFERENT.
The contrast between the interviewers and interviewees tells you more about the world than any college course, opinion piece or tweet ever could.
You just said a mouthful on the low.
The interviewers are terrible
Very talented, and handsome man!
Denzel Washington impressed me when I saw him in Carbon Copy. He made me want to see more of his work

In Chickens he gave a powerful & profound performance. I still recall that being when I fell for him completely and asked you if he was single. :-)
This was one of the best Denzel interviews ever. Him and Woodie’s chemistry is so great. Like two old guys reminiscing.
Wow!!
Me and Denzel!!

These videos are so inspiring and interesting. Thanks to all those responsible. Greatly appreciated.
I would really appreciate, if someone would show me where he is so good looking?

He is a family man and he loves them because I FEEL THAT THEY INSPIRE HIM TO ALWAYS BE THE BEST IN EVERYTHING HE ROLE HE DOES
Wow - this is such a treasure!! Great, great stuff - thank you for the video.

I was Sister Moore in Amen Corner!
Walter Lee is not a child in the beginning of the play.
Wish Mr. Washington was half as engaging as he thinks he is.
And he's WAY too old to be doing Magnificent 7.
Baby Irene Jealously is something else. Denzel is beautiful talented and his work speaks for himself.
He ain't engaging, he's compelling, I'd watch him any day based on pure talent. Any day!
