If no one claims it and you’re the coordinator, it should be yours after 30 days. It was already paid for and you shouldn’t have to pay for it. It’s the fault of the person who ordered it and didn’t pick it up or communicate with you or Azure and the driver didn’t take it.
After many months, kiara and Arthur have had 4 pups this week. They are winter white hamsters and so sweet. I know you know how important new life is. I hope the bag of wheat had a great thanksgiving at yours. I try and see the good.
Thanks! Just today my daughter was doing a grocery list and complaining of the cost of eggs, etc. I told her of your shopping process and about Lroger which is Bakers on our area which is Omaha , NE. She got the majority there as a result and saved $15 versus Walmart and was very pleased. I shared your channel with her to follow you and learn. God bless!
Our drop coordinator used to call people and wait a short amount of time and even store it for them temporarily. If someone already paid for it, I would just call them and tell them to come get it.
Hi Janice and I just decided to post this because I as just a regular Azure past customer thought you may like to hear my experience. I will say that it does not surprise me that Azure didn't care you had a problem and even though you were a site coordinator. About 6 months or so ago I placed an order from Azure and knowing I could not make a pickup due to a conflict that was unavoidable, I paid extra for overnight to my door delivery. Azure told me by email the day it was sent out and it did arrive next day with Avocados that were moldy and a dairy item not cold. Mind you I pAid a very large shipping fee as this was a special handling, overnight order. I called them and was told there was nothing else they could do as it didn't come the usual way on the semi. I reminded them they offer this special shipping at outrageous price to get unspoiled items They didn't care I lost my money and assured them I would never order from Azure again. Hope my experience helps others think that Azure is on the customer side. NOT.
You have such beautiful skin and a beautiful smile! You’re such a good mama and wife.❤ I’m so glad you share your life with us. Makes me feel less alone during the holidays.
If I were you I wouldn’t call them at all. I would have emailed, to ensure that I had everything in writing in regards to the issue - including their proposed “alternatives”. I should also have made it VERY clear to them that I was not prepared to go hauling their goods for them, nor storing them on their behalf - you are, after all, neither an Amazon (physically)nor a warehouse facility…Sorry but this is down to their lack of training for their driver employee, not your issue, and they need to fix it instead of relying on your good will.
i was a coordinator for years. I still order with another site. we always called the person to have them come get their food. Easier than dealing with the office usually. Sad people arent responsible, but there are always a few.
Just a guess ,but maybe the previous driver kept the items that weren't picked up. Drivers are paid to deliver. They would only handle returns if proper paperwork has been done to document a return item. Either keep the items not picked up, or contact the purchaser one time and if they don't come and get it, then it is yours. I wouldn't stress over it.
Call them back regarding that fifty lb bag from Azure. Most likely just have to be the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. Holidays always mean catch up in offices.
You may have already done so, but, could you please explain the Kroger fuel points? I know you get them by clipping the coupon, but, how did you get a dollar+ off per gallon?
Yeah Michelle, it's hard to believe that there's that much of a difference, but the quality of Azure's prunes are truly much, much better than what we've gotten at the store! :)
@ Thank you, dear friend! I’ve been trying to stay busy and keep my mind occupied. Next up, interview week. Enjoying the pretty snowflakes this morning.
Happy Belated Thanksgiving. I don't understand why people would order stuff from Azure Standard, or anywhere else for that matter, and don't come and pick it up. Since you had to bring that bag of wheat home to store it for a month, Azure should give you the bag of wheat for free. Just saying.
My darling friend, Janice, hoping the family enjoyed Thanksgiving as we did too. Wish we could participate in Azure, however, it’s located 39 miles on way from my house and my son said he doesn’t trust driving our, “Hail Mary truck” as it’s nickle and diming us crazy 🤪 Can wait for the next video, my ever sweet Janice who has a most calming voice. ❤️❤️😇😇🙏🙏🤪🤪🥗🥔💸💸😱😱👀👀🤩🤩
Where are you at in the Ozarks that has a Kroger? I am from central Arkansas and always liked Kroger. I live in Southern Missouri ( Ozarks and there is nothing like it near by driving through Arkansas to vist family I never see any untill I get out of the Ozarks.
I thought the azure order was already paid for? Wouldn’t you paying for it being paid a second time? I understand your dilemma but isn’t the purchaser out the money? You shouldn’t have to buy it.
Yes, the wheat should have been paid for since it was loaded onto the truck for delivery. I just cannot understand why someone would pay for products and then not show up to receive them! :)
I'm confused as she has said she is the Coordinator for Azure Standard Delivery and gets a small discount bonus on her order. I would think the Coordinator would have contact info for people ordering. What does a coordinator do?
@@lucindasutt7365 Lucinda, I do have the contact information for everyone, but I have no obligation to hunt people down and remind them to come pick up their order. As the volunteer drop coordinator, I send out welcome emails to people when they first join our group, I send out reminder emails each month to let the 200 people in our group know that our ordering deadline is coming up soon, I send out yet another email letting everyone know the date/time that our semi-truck will be arriving with our orders, and I also give each new person a personal phone call when they place their very first order just so I can make sure they understand how our deliveries work. I feel like all of that communication should be sufficient for a person to know when to be there to pick up their order!
Janice, bless your heart. You are sure a good person. Try not to worry about the wheat. I would just take it back next time and call azsure standard and tell them. I hate you stressing out.
I always buy the chub of burger that is 93% 7% fat. I can't see buying burger that is 20 or 27% fat that gets thrown away. Maybe it's just me, I'd rather buy more lean cuts of meat.
I was happy to hear the rest of the azure story. I have thought about trying azure but haven’t checked it out yet. If I do , I will definitely use your link.
I'm a coordinator too. Call again. You or someone else in the drop should be able to buy it. It's actually kind of gross to have someone store it for a month and return for selling. Not that your house is gross but things happen.

If the people already paid for the wheat, it doesn't seem right for them to charge you even at a discounted price.
Happy belated Thanksgiving
Happy thanksgiving 🍁🦃 I can’t believe it’s over. It’s my favorite holiday. ❤

Hello Janice & family, thank you for sharing with us Janice.I so enjoy your channel.Hi to your children & Shawn.❤
Hope you and the family had a wonderful Thanksgiving too!
I would phone Azure again and ask for clarification ❤😊
Yeah, I'll probably end up having to do that, Pauline. I'm just procrastinating because I shouldn't *have to* do that! :)

Thanks Marla! Shawn's mom bought them for us over 15 years ago. Unfortunately, I don't know where she bought them from, but I sure do love them! :)
Happy early birthday Sarah
You may have already done so, but, could you please explain the Kroger fuel points? I know you get them by clipping the coupon, but, how did you get a dollar+ off per gallon?

I ordered the prunes last order and i love them so so good 😊 Thanks Janice

Very good deals at Kroger's.

Good idea to stock up on avocados. That's one thing you can't grow in your area.😊 Thanks for sharing
Happy Thanksgiving
It seems Smiths is a branch of Kroger's?! I'm not in USA but watching other videos they stock Kroger brand items.
Thought it might help someone lol
Happy thanksgiving
Good afternoon janice and family
Very well Janice 😊
Janice my Kroger ad renews on the 2nd. Says this one ends on the 1st.

I go to the Kroger in Poplar Bluff, MO! :)
We don't have a Kroger or 10 box in Springfield MO where I live but I love Aldis.
Who are you teaching your amazing budgeting and shopping skills to

Hi there❤
If they dont call I would just say its mine. You called and they didn't respond so its their fault if they lose money
😊 best of the best 😊
Your fuel is 2.59? Incredible
I was wondering you said you were going to take off your gobble goble Mr Turkey and put snow flakes out do you all celebrate Christmas ?
I keep one tablecloth for each season, so we'll take off our fall decorations and put out the winter decorations instead! :)
The mandarin oranges at my Aldi were super tiny and bruised :(

Are you doing your livestream on Tuesday
I hope so, Allison! :)
When is your Sam’s club haul
Probably next Thursday's video if everything goes according to plan! :)
I was happy to hear the rest of the azure story. I have thought about trying azure but haven’t checked it out yet. If I do , I will definitely use your link.
Thanks! I sure do appreciate it! :)
Call them again
I watch other RUclips channels and if it is not picked up they sell what they can to other people picking up an order.
Maybe the person has had a death or are in hospital it could be anything?
You’re a sale ninja. It’s fantastic!
I'm a coordinator too. Call again. You or someone else in the drop should be able to buy it. It's actually kind of gross to have someone store it for a month and return for selling. Not that your house is gross but things happen.
Keep the wheat and don't pay.
You shouldn't have to return oats. The company is responsible.
Happy Thanksgiving..
