Atlas air flight 5391 when the investigator ask the question why the copilot not tell the atlas air that he has a problem with his training
ALSO PLS CLIP THE HARP SOUND EFFECT THING IN AMERICAN 77- its quite long and relatively clear. (it's when the aircraft gets hijacked)
