El Al episode for me too. Harrowing crash that was.
the King's Cross station fire episode comes to my mind instantly from this. Episode that truly made me look around in underground to see if people are smoking to remind them its not allowed.

It reminds me the columbia's last flight episode.
This is my favourite theme of SfD, 2nd place goes to Sad Piano I think
Reminded me of UA 232.
It's every pilot's nightmare, flight 232 is at 11,000 meters and out of control, if it's left-wing continues to lift, the plane will flip over and tumble to it's doom.
