    This reminds me most of the El Al 1862 episode

      @@Giratina575 Me too! That was the first episode to come to mind. El Al 1862 was the second. "He grabs the phone to call emergency services, seconds later he gets the shock of his life"
      I think it went something like that.

    the King's Cross station fire episode comes to my mind instantly from this. Episode that truly made me look around in underground to see if people are smoking to remind them its not allowed.

      It's every pilot's nightmare, flight 232 is at 11,000 meters and out of control, if it's left-wing continues to lift, the plane will flip over and tumble to it's doom.

    this makes me think of the dc10 episode when a fan disk broke in two and all hyrdrolics were down so they had to use the engine to steer
