Fifty and freedom I love that! Thanks for putting together this particular video about your methods and how you got started reviewing candles. I agree that once someone gets into their early 50s, it's so important to do what you really love. And thanks for sharing your stage 1 cancer and mastectomy experience. I recently had a partial mastectomy though I did not have cancer just a suspicious cluster. I'm glad to see everything turned out well for you and I absolutely love your channel and look forward to watching you each day. 🙂

Oh Bonnie 🤗 I’m a breast cancer survivor too God bless you! May we and all who have been through it stay healthy and happy. I’m a beauty product lover myself and have been torn about starting a channel even bought some lighting and the phone holder thingy but just haven’t done it yet fearing that I might suck and get horrible comments and I don’t have a strong back bone I will probably get easily offended and cry like a total pushover 😂 but the fact that you shared this story with us made me love you so much more you are so relatable and very easy to adore 🥰 tfs

Happy Friday Bonnie! I have been subscribed to your channel for years. The reason I enjoy watching your videos because you and I are closer in age. I can relate to a lot of what you have to say about a product and your experiences. Plus, you are a fellow Duranie LOL We all have scent preferences which is fine and it does come down to body chemistry. I always try things for myself in store if I can. I have a small channel. It's a mix of paper crafting and my love of fragrance. I'm trying to gain my confidence to do face to face videos. I've always been somewhat of an introvert, but social at the same time. I've paid more attention to fragrances when I was in my teens years and I've had a connection with the candle community for years. I have been shopping at BBW on and off since the early 2000's. I have also shopped at BBW in the U.S. prior to BBW expanded into the Canadian market. I'm very familiar with Kringle, Yankee Candle, Lush, The Body Shop etc. Most representation I see online is from the U.S. with the BBW community which is fine because usually it gives me an idea of what products may make it up here in Canada. Also, gives me a heads up with upcoming possible sales. I just feel like there is not a lot of Canadian representation out there in terms of BBW specifically which is odd to me because BBW expanded to the Canadian market back in 2008, so BBW has been in Canada for a long time. BBW is most common in most malls here and we do have stand alone stores. BBW has been successful here. We also have many BBW/White Barn stores. Mind you, we don't get everything like the U.S. does which always perplexes me, but the seasons do coincide with the U.S. market. I would like to perhaps be somewhat that Canadian BBW representation. It's true as you get older you just don't care what people think. Just have to get over that social anxiety I have. Who knows one day I may just bite the bullet and show up on camera 🙂
